Well, mc marsh is on his way back to Leeds right now. :(
What a great kid, very observant and a really sweet boy he is - as they say across the pond, he's sound! I'm glad he got to ride the metro link and Amtrak while he was here. My son really enjoyed the train mags and rail map he brought back from the UK, it was really cute watching them talk about trains together.
Anyway, marsh be sure and post some of the pics you took over the weekend! They were great. I especially liked the video you took out the train window. I know you're en route, but I hope you have a safe journey back home and like I said this morning, I'll see you on the boards!

Hey ppl, not on my way just yet, I'm in a hostel in Inglewood near the Airport. Interesting place to say the least...
Going home early tomorrow - Had an awesome time in California, thanks for letting me stay, you guys rock (haha I sound American there, I'll be saying words like couch when I get home). Make sure Tim enjoys the rest of his stay.

My brain is mush from too much public transportation. However, it was a great pleasure to see some of the seedier areas of Los Angeles today, esp. on the way back to Orange County after travelling far and wide to find Andrew's hostel in Inglewood (yo, Inglewood up to no good!).
Hopefully I'll be up early and get productive on the sightseeing. And with a little luck the sun will be out and I might actually come back home with more of a tan than I left home with. :)
Hope things are well with Jeanie, Tom, Glyn, and Luna and that they're not tied up unconscious on blood-stained mattresses in a basement in a former missile silo out in the desert. Good luck!!!

Hey ppl, signing in after long journey and 11 hour sleep.
Yeah that hostel was pretty strange, thanks a million Tim for helping me find it.
Plane from LAX departed an hour late, so it was good my luggage was carried through to my next flight in Chicago!
Once again thanks for a great week, now we just need to hear from the Destination New York crew ;-) ...

hahahaha!! fuckin awesome pics people, really funny, there helping to fill in big parts of the weekend that appear to be missing!
mia - likewise man it was an absolute pleasure to meet ya - that rambling 9am conversation was one of the highlights of the weekend. and thank you so much for the hospitality and the love, it was superb :D
road trip is going really good - the ephedrine coupier came up trumps on the roulettein vegas, we got a pimping lincoln towncar to head cross country in and yesterday we hit the canyon - fucking amazing, themost beautifull thing i ever seen in my life. very very special.
we r heading up past salt lake city today, and my credit is running out, so sayonara, will be in touch soon :D

I'm sitting here on the internet in a motel in Utah laughing my ass off , seeing the pics of me absolutely LOVING mia's pyjama pants ( Blame it on Mr. E ) and playing star wars with Connor - say hi to that little buddy , i mis him already !!! :(
Road trip is going well :

Trip today : We started in the desert , and ended up in the snow mountains.
I miss ya'll !! I will NEVER forget saturday evening. That night is kept forever in my heart !!!
