My friend, who'd never seen the Chems before, put their show last night into her top 5 all time.

Easily the best light show I've seen anywhere, but I preferred their show on the Come With Us tour over last night. Set list as best as I remember:

No Path to Follow

Galvanize

Burst Generator

Do It Again/Get Yourself High mix

Hey Boy Hey Girl

All Rights Reversed

Out of Control/It Doesn't Matter/Don't Fight It, Feel It mix

Temptation/Star Guitar mix

Surface to Air/Under the Influence/It Doesn't Matter mix

Saturate

Believe

We Are the Night

A Modern Midnight Conversation (I think?)

track I couldn't name?

BREAK

Encores:

Leave Home

Block Rockin' Beats

Das Spiegel

The Sunshine Underground

Nice! Glad you and your Chems-first-timer friend had a good time. It definitely says a lot about a show when someone (a newb no less) gives the gig the ol' top-5 honors. :D

Aaaaaaaaaaaah!!! I am bursting, just bursting with excitement for LA. Just reading these bits from the show last night have me pumped up and ready to dance like a monkey.

And BoldCaptain is the bootleg hero. That set from Coachella was incredible.

Keep the comments coming, New Yorkers!

oooo! Can't wait to hear Chemical Beats! When I saw them last, it was mixed in with Come Inside. I can't wait to hear all their tunes, whatever they throw at me.

Damn it all kids, I'm over the top excited. Must refrain from posting too many exclamation points!

I saw a guy film the Brooklyn show with a big hi-tech video cam by the back of the pool where I was... I hope that makes it on a torrent :D

mmmmm, looks like BoldCaptain uploaded the 22/9 gig (day after this one) to Dime a Dozen in FLAC format this morning. Just had a listen and the quality is superb - best live recording I've heard this year - it seems a massive improvement over the MP3 version, although I've always been sceptical about that in the past. Shame it wasn't one of the later shows with The Big Jump during Do It Again, but hey, you can't have everything!
