Dear Tom and Ed: A formal request

I've been an avid Chemical Brothers fan for nearly eight years now, and seeing your live show moved me in ways which I can only begin to explain in words, impacting my life and those who went with me forever, marking at least one shining experience, a pinnacle of light and love. No doubt, I am completely excited beyond belief to see you perform in Amsterdam, and I am sure that your performance will help to create an amazing journey for myself and my girlfriend.
With this in mind, I have a request. Your set in San Francisco in 2002 was highlighted by one particular memory: The Sunshine Underground. The crescendo, the unbelievable peak in the song where you are able to bring the entire crowd to the most amazing moment I have ever experienced in music history was something I'd like to see live again, and disappointedly the song dropped off your setlist during the Push the Button tour, at least in the shows I saw for the U.S.
I know that seeing your live show will make the ten thousand mile journey more than worth whatever it will take to get there, regardless of what you decide to play. However, if you could play The Sunshine Underground during your set, at least for the one show in Amsterdam, it would make me, in the true sense of the word, the happiest fanboy on Earth. And, really, I'd love for my girlfriend to hear you perform it live as well--this is her first time seeing one of your live shows, and I think it would be an amazing experience for the two of us to share.
with adoration and thanks,
andrew

It's one of my fav. moments in Chems live too, just the greatest rush. They had to drop it to make room for surface2air which is equally as effective.
here's a youtube of the sunshine underground :D

That time, during that show - what struck me so much about hearing it was that for me, it permeated my senses enough so I could feel the music flow into my lungs with every breath. I haven't felt anything quite like that before or since, at least not to that degree.
I really hope you and your girlfriend can share that moment, MadPooter!

Fnck me , that was amazing. Its was so joyfull and warm and all the audience was is if we were all friends of eachother. Thats how it felt. It was great!
( Speaking of how strangers can feel like youre friends , when i went to my first Chems gig , at one point , everybody was holding eachothers hand up in the air , total strangers , it was like one big group hug! I never felt so much love in my life , and i was completely sober! X-D )

I think the chems will bring sunshine underground back, just that surface to air easilly replaced the spot regarding sequence of mood and being a good second half opener. what they probably realized is it made a great encore, hence the brixton. It should be rather obvious that the chems will probably play more classics if you look at the ptb tour in its entirity:
*It doesn't matter was brought back.
*Hoops was introduced played for most the tour
*the later shows brough back chemical beats.
*Morning lemon made it's shining debut half way through the tour.
*The very last shows this tour at brixton had Loops of Fury, Come With Us and Sunshine Underground.
What i am saying is the chems are starting to pay more homage to the classics as well as bring new songs into it. As it has been 100% so far the tours always do something great and new that no one can ever guess. BUT BRING BACK SUNSHINE UNDERGROUND AND KEEP HOLD TIGHT LONDON.

Yes that was cool to here that, shame they didnt play the full live version as that is even better.
My demands for the new live show......
