I like Let Forever be. Sorry about bringing up the topic again. My least favorites are Left Right, Galvanize and Hey girl hey boy. I'm not really into the whole chems + rap thing.

Any particular reasons as to why the songs just aren't cutting it for you guys?

Don't be shy to give reasons why, it's better than dropping song names and saying "I would've done it differently" because really, if you didn't make the song to begin with then how would you have known to do it differently? meh. I'm just being difficult! :P

Anyway, my least fave that comes to mind is Denmark (had a lengthy conversation this weekend on the "don't likes"). I don't hate it, I won't skip over it, but it's the one song that springs to mind when this question is asked. I think for me it sounds as though it's a bit forced and I've always felt this way about Denmark. I think a large part of why I think that way is the placement of this track on the album - because it comes straight out of the lowest point of the album, The State We're In - and although the segue between songs is clever and the rhythm is cool because the nobody does rhythm like the Chems, there is something about the flow that doesn't sit right with me. When the Chems do funky, it feels so groovin, so natural, it just slips through the ears with ease. I don't get this feeling so much with Denmark. It tries, but it doesn't succeed I don't think as say, The Duke which is just wicked on the funk. As always the productionin Denmark is top notch, I like the Eskimo vocal sample, and they did go all out with the cowbell - I just think there are a ton of other Chems songs that are loads better than this. But that's just me.

Sorry Tom and Ed. I still love you. ;)

:'( :'( :'( Denmark is one of my favorite tracks :'( :'( :'(

ive started to dislike Galvanize ever since the budweiser commercial eventually it will come back to me.......as for Hey Boy Hey Girl, i think this is one of the more overhyped tunes that the Chemical Brothers have, its good but not mindblowing like all you believe (in my opinion)

tracks i least like= Dream On and Asleep From Day

Sorry, Bosco! I don't mean to be offensive, and it's hard not to be defensive about fave tracks and not-so-fave tracks.

But I'm not the type to hold anyone to such little things, it's just opinions and assholes at the end of the day, hahaha. I still love Tom and Ed, and Bosco's-Daft-Punk-lovin aside, I still think you're taste in music is pretty sharp. Kidding about the DP thingie! Don't hit me! ;)

^^^ I don't appreciate all this disrespect on this forum lately.... :(

The thing about denmark is that it starts out promising but then it looses its edge after a minute and then the breakdown is cool.

My least favorite would be Be that thing like irish said.

The disrespecting will die down, these flare-up things come and go in waves!

To be honest I don't think I've even heard Be That Thing, I would like to give it a go just to make up my own mind. Maybe Darkstar has it on his ipod... hmmm...

This topic has been done to death already. Why do you focus on negatives so much? I could mention my least favourite track, but I don't believe that matters, nor do I believe anyone should give a shit about my least favourite track. It simply doesn't matter (no pun intended!).

Sorry to sound like a flaked out hippy, but I just wanted to point this out. :)

Since this topic has reared its ugly head once again dave, I suggest you balance out the chemical karma with yet another favourite track thread. Or would that be equally as pointless? ;-)

Swiper - I think I talked about this in California, first 4 minutes are ok but I can't stand the build-up towards then end, I think Tom and Ed are going through the motions (I hate using that phrase but..) on this track.

Don't tempt me. n00b is the nicest possible thing I could call you, but up until this very moment, you've been beneath my notice. Now get back down there.
