This seems like a perfect time to do a small US tour. I really really really want to see some Chems again, but Ultra or Coachella is really not going to fit into my schedule. I will most likely just head down to Ultra if the Chems are only playing these two dates in the States, but I would much rather see them at a solo show in NYC. Does anyone have any inside info about this?

Maybe they'll add more dates before or after Coachella. Denver or Chicago maybe (I know, I know.....they were there last year!)

If you like buzzworthy music of all sorts and love the sun....come to Coachella with plenty of sunscreen!
If you prefer to dance your ass off...then go to Ultra!

I doubt they'll be back at Denver since they couldn't even fill half of the Filmore last I heard.

I do hope they have a Dallas date!

I've been wondering the same thing, actually.

I'd love to see them twice if they played the SF bay area again. :D :D :D

They definitely FILLED the Fox Theater in Oakland when they played there last August.

I really wish the Chems would head to the New England area, but it's unlikely since there's no major festivals in an area. I can't travel six hours to New York and I bet i'm not alone in that boat

Looks like I'm going to Ultra. That may change if the announce a NYC date within a few weeks. TPPR to close out the festival in Miami, fuck yes?

I'd love it if they came back to Hammerstein. I missed Electric Zoo last year and the first time I really listened to the Chems was a recording of their Hammerstein show from 2008, so it would be really... cyclical, or something... if that was my first time seeing them live. Think about it!

I was hoping for a US tour as well, but it doesn't look that way. They're playing Ultra, and then some dates in Mexico before Cochella. At least I got lucky and caught them in Chicago at the North Coast Festival.
