God damn that's good Champi! Is this going to be released on DVD, or whats the story with this?
I've downloaded it as an mp3 and a video, because it's brilliant in both forms.

PS. I love how it starts with the animated cover of the HBHG single :grin:

I think the cover animation was posted on another topic here, but I think the idea is brilliant, and VJing could be more in use from other DJ's!

This is one of the numerous visual mixes they did for their 24-hour rotation on radiosoulwax.com. This one (and its "volume 1" predecessor) are made up of visuals they use in their live sets. Though usually they play Hey Boy Hey Girl as part of a non-visual intro, which is why this excited me so much! In fact their "Under The Covers" shows have been a big inspiration to me... in fact some of the folks over at the soulwax.info forum are working on their own set of visual mixes! You can watch the first 10 minutes of Mix No. 1, "Nothing But Love", over here:

remember seeing mehdi at fuji rock in 08....he actually pissed me off with his set. just brought his 'special guests' on stage to act like fools while drunk. When I say 'special guests' I mean his hipster entourage.

You shouldn't judge him just on that. He was a quality DJ, I've seen him a couple of times, and his sets were always excellent.
