have a good one man! remember, if it all goes wrong just pump your fists in the air and smile a lot :)
this should help calm your nerves - a mate of mine was dj'ing at a bar in winchester - he dropped 'fools gold' and everyone went bananas. he leaned across to put the next tune on and managed to hit one of those new fangled 'reverse' buttons - fools gold starts reversing in front of 200 people. he pumped his fists a bit, the crowd cheered and then he put in going forward again!
have fun dude, and a beer before hand - always helps settle ya! :)

Muwahahaha!!!! If only he'd been playing 'Waterfall' instead, when he hit reverse ppl would've thought he mixed into 'Don't Stop'!!!! That's priceless, man!!!
Good luck, Pringled! Sure you'll do great!

I had a quick go early in the night about 8 and I was shaking a little, but later when I went on properly other DJ?s had already been on so the crown were already warmed up, and my the time the main room light was off and we put a disco light on, and I had a few drink down me.
I started properly at about 12 and did about two hours, it was amazing I had so much fun I played loads of records that I did not think I would, some people were even dancing. The skill was not amazing but I did not do any big mistakes
I can not wait to do it again :D

8) That's really cool Pringled! Here's to more dj gigs!
It's also really good to see your nerves didn't get the best of you. And to think from here on out it'll just keep getting easier and easier to get up in front of people to do your thing!
(or so I've been told! ;) )
