Underworld is also playing in LA on Sep 9th at the Hollywood Bowl...I got my tickets last week...I also might go to the Central Park too...I'm just hoping the Chems also do Central Park this year when they announce their US tour! I can't wait...haha

does anyone know if this is the ultra fest? i hear a lot of rumors on the underworld forum but i dont think they really know. i also heard soulwax might be at the ultra show. i just hope this years is better than the last one.

I haven't heard anything official about Ultra.NY for this year (not even the date)...I mean Soulwax did play ultra last year, but I heard the event wasn't that great/successful...I went to Ultra.ny 2 years ago, when the Chems played...They had lots of technical diffilcuties during the event, even when the chems performed...Either way, I think the chems did save that festival...
I think it's very possible Underworld is performing at Ultra.ny because tickets are not on sale yet (maybe until they release some info about Ultra)...

I got them on ticketmaster for $33 a piece. If you wanna get tickets, you better rush because they're assigned seats. The longer you put off, the worse seats you'll get. My seats are ok, they're right behind the boxes section. Anyway, Paul Oakenfold featuring Carmen Rizzo (I have no idea who she is) is opening, and is hosted by Jason Bentley (it's a KCRW event). I'm not excited at all about Paul Oakenfold...Good luck to you dude!

Damn, Ticketbastard sucks! I'd like to know exactly what entails a service fee of $20? Does the poor envelope stuffer who is grossly underpaid and greatly overworked get a cut off that $20? Ridiculous.
I'm bummed... the concert has to be on a friggen Sunday!!!!! I'd love to see Underworld again, but that's one of those "cross that bridge when we get to it" sort of deals. It's highly unlikely at the moment.
