I flew over from dublin on sunday for the gig with 5 other mates. Got there for the end of Simian who were excellent. My first time seeing them and wont be the last.Que for beers was a bit of a pain in the arse but buying trebles in a pint glass soon sorted that one. Thought the atmosphere for Simian wasnt great, and mentioned that maybe it was the fact it was a sunday night or something like everyone was there for the Chems. Having said that when they came on everyone where we were(1/3 of the way to the front) went nuts and stayed that way till the end. There was just enough room to run a muck but not too much where you think the place is short of numbers. The sound was amazing , and the light show just blew me away. It goes hand in hand seeing the chems u get a good light show but this lastest one is amazing. Only gripe.. if u call it one is not hearing Modern mightnight conv and Das Speilgel.. it is the WATN tour so was hoping to hear more off the new album, although Sunshine Underground(Pinnnng) made up for it. Was great to hear again after last hearing it on the Surrender tour.
All in All 10/10... just come to ireland to play a big top sooner rather than later
