The 21+ places are usually pretty strict in Los Angeles because of the liability. If I still get carded at my age when I go to clubs, Luna will definitely get carded.

Yeah, it's the same here. Funny, to me at least, that security and regulations are so much stricter here in no-man's-land Winnipeg than they were in London. ID checks, patdowns and drug searches here; nothing in London, despite the nearly-open widespread drug use.
