What really is annoying me at the moment is the abuse of the tag function. The intention of this function was/is quite good but someone is messing it up. That poo!

A bit drunk on the taxpayers bill, a tiny bit stoned, and effied up so I can't sleep yet. I'm officially the campaign manager for the Liberal Party (which I dislike) candidate for a rural riding south of Winnipeg who happens to be one of my best friends who is contesting the riding to fill the party slate and because it's kinda a joke.
So we went canvassing a bunch of tonight, then stopped off for beers which we're charging to the party, then went back to the HQ and had a few more bevvies supplied on behalf of the taxpayer. Effies, karaoke, scampy joint, home, soon bed.
(And I'm working in a pharmacy for this week and I've felt the pain of having my hands on entire 100 tab bottles of Ritalin and oxycodone and not being able to do anything about it. Ah well...)

My chemistry is pretty cack unfortunately. And I didn't have to take Organic II, where you learn how to make meth in the first two labs. I can cold water extract codeine while drunk at 3 AM though, making sure to be quiet enough not to wake my parents.
I make up for it by having indepth knowledge of most drugs of abuse. Unfortunately, I don't currently have much in the way of contacts since my hookup's line disconnected. There was five of us calling around for coke last night and we couldn't get any. No one was picking up phones, or wanted to come out, or line was disconnected, etc.
Ah well, it's been a year since I've had a white Christmas anyways.

Weird day - not buzzed, but certainly altered in some funny way. My best friend from delhi was visiting so we were all friends together - me and my girl were the only one drinking just beers while everyone else was burning loads of manali - n then my friend drops the bomb. I knew he's leavin for UK on june 4th to play download (opening act final day main stage) and some 5 more UK gigs (2 more opening for Maiden), but then he also tells me that he's playing sessions with a delhi act called Medieval Punditz at Glastonbury too!!! HOLY MOTHER OF FUCKINDUCKS - i really am altered since - donnington and glastonbury in the same month, I could kick my well paying job and go along as roadie, but it'd be the stupidest decision of my life. But I could finally get to see the Chems, I'm goin nuts thinkin this out, I know I won't end up goin, and I can't get no fuckin sleep, it's past 4am. :( :( :(
Sorry bout the rant, I'm too fucked right now, had to vent.

Dude, if you can go, as a roadie, as a fricken piece of furniture, GO!
Tell your fuckin job that your mom died, or something... fuck, tell them your whole family got wiped out if you have to, GO!!!
or just fuck the job man. Jobs come and go, but going on the road to glasto is a once in a life time thing.
Remember the only words I live by: It's better to regret something you have done than to regret something you haven't done.

I was just about to post to this...
God... being a roadie would be, like, my ultimate dream job. It would be hard work, but it would be so rewarding to know you were instrumental in helping the tour machine's wheels stay greased. Jack, I know you are torn between responsibility and living out your dream. I can understand that.
But opportunities like this come once in a lifetime, and could lead to great things. At the very least, great memories.
Give it some thought.

Hey DJ Dance - yeah, things have changed a little bit around here. ;) No more spam!! There's still kinks that need ironing out but the good thing is we have an admin whose looking out for us. These things take time, it was a massive update.
I think what's trippin' things up with your login is the space in your name. Same thing happened to mc marsh. Maybe try logging in but take the space out of your username: djdance... your password should be the same hopefully, see if that works. If not, put a shout out in the sticky thread.
