No, but the memory of that evening lives on. It's such a shame the mipps and Glyn couldn't use the "We're the stage manager and engineer for the hot new band Ghost Trannies... you've heard of them right? They're massive in the UK!" line on an unsuspecting California club goer at Josh Wink. They could've pulled it off too with their accents.
I cannot for the life of me remember who we decided would be the opener for Ghost/Quantum Trannies. Where's mippio? He might remember!

Its not a festival but I'm going to see FOO FIGHTERS, Queens of the stone age, Motorhead and Juliet & The Licks @ Hyde Park this saturday!! I'm very excited! :D

isle of wight festival looks well keen, watch a bit of it on the telly. i got a lot of love for the isle of wight, it such a cool place i was there last month for the first time since my childhood!! i stayed in the premier lodge hotel that was just behind the main stage!!
if there is one festival i go to next year it will have to be this one. in fact i think the chems should headline it!! i hadn't appreciated home dance friendly the festival is with people like justin and lottie playing.

Well last year they had Faithless on the Friday evening and this year The Prodigy, so maybe next year there will be another dance act headlineing the friday night, it seems quite logical that the chems could play it due to this and the fact there is possibly a new album out next year. As far as I know the chems havnt played the IOW so maybe this one or Bestival at some point.
When I got my ticket I didnt really look at the line up, except for the headliners, luckily the strongbow tent was there and was a real life saver, had a killer line up and helped me enjoy the weekend so much!

nah im buggerd if i can remember the name of the support band, which my tongue hadnt been glued to the roof of my mouth with vodka, then i may have been able to try it out :P
great night, still remember it fondly now :)
