"the categories the chems were nomintated in 2006 weren't televised."
Yay, I can stop being disappointed.
I don't want to sound like a blind fanboy, but if anyone but the chems win, I'll be surprised... well, if LCD beat them, I won't be as angry.

hahaha!
I was thinking Burst Generator...
(only because Saturate is too out there for most people's taste)

what if I said you're a fruit?
p.s. GO CHEMS! Despite my prediction, I really hope they win.

generally they only recognize singles released from an album. hence do it again.
also, weren't they nominated for GYH a few years back as well? did they lose that one?

Well, take the difference between a song being popular because of the person behind the music, and a song that is popular because of the song it self. It's got to have something going for it. ^^
I'm not saying, of course, that DIA should win because of it's appeal. But it IS a great track.

I very rarely bother with FM radio these days. I get tired of the roster, and I don't care for what counts as "alternative music" these days. There's a college radio station near us that's pretty good, but only if you're within a 6 mile radius of the station's location.
Satellite radio was cool. I heard the Chems quite a bit on the Sirius Boombox channel - but alas our subscription ran out. Where we live, for some reason, the transmission was lousy - kept cutting out so we didn't bother with renewing.

Yeah, I don't bother with FM anymore either. And even using the internet stations iTunes advertises has been somewhat abandoned. My cable Music Choice station, however, is awesome! I hear Chemical Brothers songs all the time. Flashback was even on there once, which was awesome. I like the song a lot, for some reason.
CyberFlash, who is my friend IRL, is a certified radio DJ and had to sub for someone's show at the local radio station. I swear, half the time he was throwing up Chems songs. XP So that was a blast hearing song after song on the air.
