Jeez that video is insane! I was at the front - u can see the guy in the white shirt going ape , thats Joslyn's friend Dennis. Really cool guy! I enjoyed being in the front wehre all the action is and i could see the visuals very well , but for the Amsterdam gig i will be on the balcony to see everything in panorama view , with my MUM =)

It seems even the weather got infected by the peace and love tom and ed spread around. The sun was shining bright this morning as i took the bus and subway to work , listening to the sunshine underground.

Its good that i didnt write this straight ever i got home ( I was to tired anyway and i had to wake up after4 hours of sleep! ) cause than this would turn out to be another one of my unreadable , excited full of !!! posts =)

BUT FUCKINBG HELL!!!!! WHAAAAHHHH!!!! IT WAS SO WICKED!!!!

Ok breath in breath out Jeanie!

First of all , all day i was so excited , i could not concentrate at work! When Me and my mate Ed arrived in Tilburg it was so weird because it was DEAD! There was nobody there, the streets where all empty , and i felt so strange because i could not imagine that here Tom and Ed will make Massive Earthquake you know =)

Anyway - the venue was REALLY small wich i LOVE. I dont like this huge venue's with no caracter , just put as many people as possible in , you know.

The stage set up is very similar but the mothership ( uknow what i mean!) looked a bti different - very shiny but evil , u know , all the gear , i have no frigging idea what all those buttons do but it looks very sexy thats for sure :lol:

Thet still had the really big screen behind them , but i think it was a different one , and not the smaller ones on the side but that could also be ebcause its such a small venue.

I always get a bit nervous and quiet( YES! ME! QUIET!) before good gigs cause im always a bit nervous! Hahahaha. I wonder if it was sold out tho , but the venue was full , but not too packed.

I was there also with Joslyn and his friends btw.

Ok , so , around 10 or something , the lights go off , and all the people scream and clapp! And than - TNK's Style - No Path To Follow starts!

Suc a great intro. It makes you excited from anticipation u know.

Ok ik cannot make this a long review because i am in my lunchbreak.

Anyway - Tom and Ed come on stage! Holland loves the Lords of Electronic Music :-D

The started with......*Drumroll* ..... GALVANIZE! What a suprise! I so didnt see that coming but it was cool - there were some younger kids there that prob know the Chems from that tune so it immediatly got eevryones attention! Everybody singing allong 'MY FINGER! IS ON THE BUTTON!

That was wicked! The visuals were similar but the ehm - how do i say it - the visual set up was different. Next gig i will make pics! U just have to see it.

And than. Ladies and gentleman. I wasnt expecting this so early on in the set - but it worked.

jezus man what a tune. how can people make a tune that good !? It sounds absolutely amazing on the record but life its just...WOHOOW!! I was standinghalf the gig with my eyes closed ( I dunno why i do that , i sorta drift off somewhere , please note that i was 100% sober :lol: ) but from what i rememebr the visuals where very psychedelic and trippy , with like balls in pattern , red green orange and yellow is. Oh this tune is so massive!

I dunno if the crowd was feeling it in the beginning. I looked back a couple of times and people where jsut wobbling along. Maybe thats just cause i was surrounded my crazy people so the rest looked a bit dull - but i def think that the crowd at the Roundhouse will go more beserk!

Ok i dont remember everything , i dont really pay much attention to the order of the setlist and stuff cause i just wanna hear those tunes life! So i will not go in order just what i remember.

Ok !! DO IT AGAIN! Still my least favorite track of WATN , and also life i think its cool but not as good as some of the other tracks! However -the mixed it with Get Yoruself High! At this point the visuals were from the acid clown and he looked scarier than ever! That clown!!! So scary! hahahaahaha!!

It doesnt matter - the robots were always wicked but they seem different this time , even cooler , its like an army of robots marching towards you. SO awesome. They didn't play very much of this tune tho - and than there was EBW8/SATURATE!! :D

Those visuals! That was SO amazing! When those drums kick in its like WOOOOAAAAA! BWOEM BWASHHH!! And the visuals were SO wicked. The exploding paint ball things. Oh it was so beautifull. Reminded me of the exploding teapot in the PTB tour. People tis track reminded me so much of NYE!

AND BELIEVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY KEPT THE BUILD UP IN BELIEVE! Taht has always been one of my fave moments of the set. That wall of sounds coming over you - all the hands in the air - I NEED U TO BELIEVE!!!! - and than BWAM!!!

Yesh yesh , this gig has a LOT of THE BOOM. I love the BOOM. Taht moment when the beat kicks in and everybody goes beserk, I am obsessed with that moment. People forget all their daily life slumbers and they just let their body take over!

Surface to Air. Well i didnt cry this time hahaha. I think i calmed down a bit actually. But i still got the shivers. Its so beautiful. Its so...peacefull , u know. Visuals where the same , the floating woman and butterflies , so pretty!!

ALL RIGTHS REVERSEEEED!!! jezus that beat is so HOTTT!!! Its so BOOM BOOM! They didnt have all the lyrics - the mea line they kept repeating was Ündertaking Copyleft for flying sideways ( jacksrevenge will love this!!! ) and it worked very well live!!

WE ARE TE NIGHT! Oh goddddddddd. This tune is so amazing. So trippy. I dunno if it was with this trackbut i onepoint i was totally hypnotized by the visuals! We are the nights eyes we are the bright eyes - its such an epic tune.

I am basicly only talking about great every tune was! Hahahaha but thats all i have to say!

One thing i also liked - when i went to the PTB tou i already knew what was coming cause i ehard the live sets and i read the reviews. this time , me and joslyn where like "What tune is coming now?"and everything was such a suprise!

Chemical beats , HBHG , those tunes got MASSIVE reactions from the crowd , esp HBHG , at the point the crowd was so into it , in the ebginning they were a bit bluh , but after there was no denying that the Chems are the masters of making people go beserk! Chemical beats oh how i love this tune! FUCKING EXCELLENT ACID HOUSE! UH! This is one of their best tunes man. Its so , like , you loose control of youre limps and u just get spastic! HAHA :lol:

The visuals were all beautifull. They had the animals again - monkeys! - and beautifull trippy stuff , like the tunnel things u know , those ones are amazigng , i get totally lost in it.

The buildings again - and the bugs! Remember the bugs !? they were crawling really afst over the creen it was so awesome!

OH AND THE DANSERS! Remember the danser that was in synch with the music ?! They have more dansers now , and that must have taken a lot of effort , cause they synch up perfectly. They have like modern dancers now , and also the one with the stick! OH and at Out Of Control there's this visual of a ma with a gun and at the PFEW! PFEW PFEW! u know that sounds , he shoots! Its so cool. I cannot describe it all. I am not even in kunchtime anymore i am supossed to work! hahahaha!!

OH and HAHA! THEY KEPT STAR GUITAR!!!! Its so beautifull , i fell in love with it over again. its so warm , and so full of love ok i sound like a freak HAHA but all the sounds and colors are so amazing. And THE GOLEN PATH PLEAAAAAAAASE FORGIVE ME! I never meant to hurt you!

Ok so they left the stage twice - but offcourse i knew they had to come back :D

The last songs played were Das Spiegel - its very nice , not my favorite of the album but very nice anyway - it works well live!

Amazing. beautifull. Mind blowing. Crowd went crazy - the ebautifull colors! This tune - i have no words for it. U jsut have to see it - its not only the sound and the vision - its the feeling , the experience! Going crazy with all the crowd when the drums come!!

Oh and dont fight it feel it boottie!! Wicked to hear that in the live set.

Tom and Ed seemed very happy with the way it all went! They mustve been nervous - first gig! - but they did SO well. they're back , but they never went away. they did it agaiN! they never fail to amaze me! Offcourse , the most brilliant mucisians ever , imo!

great u had a blast jeanie and friends n whoever was at the gig - tho the opening with Galvanise was a surprise. I guess they were a bit concerned about the new set goin down with the foreign crowds - so it was a safe starting place for the new fans. I'm hoping they'll play around with this setlist - would love to see more stuff from the past mixed in, and a start with We are the night would definitely blow.
