It's alright but I think it could be handled a little better. Ohm Sweet Ohm is such a tender/sentimental song, it's hard to really just throw big beats over it. I think you have to be a little less relentless on the beats, bring them back in the mix more, and rearrange both songs to give the percussion more meaning when it comes in and out. Hard to do no matter what, especially since Ohm Sweet Ohm doesn't even have a constant tempo.

thanks guys! it was one evening fooling around in ableton, the hardest was indeed to get ohm sweet ohm in constant tempo. I'm not sure if i should spent more time on it and see if I can improve it or leave it like this.
Are you sure they've sampled it? I remember reading that this was never confirmed and it isn't listed in the album booklet.

I'm sure they sampled it, it sounds too similar. It probably wasn't a cleared sample, which is why it didn't end up in the booklet. Same thing with that Rasputin sample in the Block Rockin Beats intro.

Holy shit that intro has BALLS. But the drop isn't even cliche either - I was half expecting/dreading something wobbly, but when it hits it's fantastically dub, a great lift/homage to east-meets-west arabian dub music that's also relates perfectly back to the bollywood roots of the Galvanize's hook. This not only manically rocks, it's tastefully done too!

Hi brothers, I finally decided to post something i produced.
I was invited with other groups to a small radio station to talk about a festival I was playing last week, I thank it was the opportunity to record some demos with my machines (some Elektron and Korg) to broadcast them during the program. i had one week to do that, so the result is not clean and edited quickly with logic pro X. I was not thinking to share it but in a certain way I find them lovely, but it's purely subjective
My objective is to continue learning and to finish some real track to the end of the year, hope you'll enjoy !

nice stuff Chemicalmat! Clean is overrated, I really liked it and look forward to hearing your "real" stuff at the end of the year (or earlier? end of the year is so far away man!)
