Im sure this has been spoken of before but I think its interesting.
Obviously the live set has many wonderful moments and it?s incredibly difficult to pin point the very best part However if you had to choose this, which part would it be.
I think the best part for me is probably when HBHG is played later on it the set like in the CWU tour, the way the track opens with the chilling screaming sound just as Setting Sun is ending, then the sudden thudding sound of the drums before ?ere we go?. I really love it when this track is dropped later in the set, seems like the climax of the set with a killer acid anthem.
I would say also close to this best moment is the crashing percussion sounds at the beginning of Star Guitar just after temptation. Of course as well the part when Tom makes those evil twisted sounds with the octave is quite special. Or the sight of the EBW8 visuals.
Your thoughts.

for me its gotta be the segue of under the influence into it doesnt matter into out of control. gets me every time.
preferred it circa 1999 homelands set though when they fully went into it doesnt matter with the rattly snare/clap things bouncing round the arena and the ginormous reverse-turn-you-inside-out breakdown bit before they dropped the bassline in from it doesnt matter as well. powerfull stuff!! :D

8O There are VISUALS to EBW8 now!?!?! Dammit, I haven't even heard it yet!
One of my favorite live moments is that mash-up of EBW 2 and 3, or in plain "not confusing myself cause those could be wrong" words, Under the Influence and It Does'nt Matter. Thats really awesome. Also Having seizures of happiness to the intro of BRB, Galvenize, the synth in the Big Jump, and EBW7! Man, I love most of it! :P

The pinnacle of the live set this last time around...
It's tough to pin down because honestly, that gig was the pinnacle of my 2005. Honestly, just thinking about it... *sigh*
So yes. Anyway. I would have to say about mid set of the Coachella gig was the pinnacle. From Surface To Air to Hoops to Believe - that little triad of sonic lovlieness brought on ton of emotions spanning over those songs. Of course that gig was about the sound and vision of it all but the way it made me feel and the way I saw it affecting everyone around me is something that I can't describe accurately in words.
