Although this has no relation to the chemical brothers, it has a very strong relation to music in general. Today at, age 65, Richard Wright (pianist/song writer/composer) passed away. He left an impact in me as well as millions of others who loved the pink floyd's music. It is a sad day in music history. I'd like to thank you Rick. Thank you for turning me on to music and inspiring me to learn how to play the piano and write my own music. Thank you for the classic songs which you have given us that will last forever. Thank you for all that you have done.

-Dave

Not familiar with his work, but I'll take a moment of silence for him.

Thank you Richard for your contribution! RIP.

wanna hear something FREAKY!

I wore my Wish You Were Here t-shirt today. Then I came home from school and found out that Rick Wright had died. The freaky part, is that Wish You Were Here was released September 15th, 1975...

RIP Richard

his vocals and the comeback keys melody on echoes post all the psycho music is still my fav uplifting melody in music ever. brilliant brilliant brilliant brilliant musician.

rick's melodies will always live on.

Yea, I thought of him as one of the greatest modern day pianists.
