I'm not sure the FTP is still working properly. Can you connect to it and view the files ?

I can log in but then I get that same error
STATUS:> Connecting data socket...
425 Can't open data connection.
ERROR:> Failed to establish data socket
ERROR:> File error
Further Remixed There's nothing else...

A little off the current topic, sorry....

A friend was just looking for the Trafalgar Square gig and I remember having d/l'd it before. Not the full thing but a compilation of interviews with people involved and footage from the gig itself. I've found the original link I used but the user is no longer re-seeding it seems. -->LINK<--

So I'm wondering if anyone has, or can link to, this?

Kind Regards,

Charco

I sorted the problem. It was still the same problem : my router didn't redirect well the port ranges for passive mode.
It's all ok now :) And I will answer to the people that asked for an access

Hey, are you missing Setting Sun from San Francisco 1996? I've got it, it's combined with Chemical Beats as a single mp3 that I got from this old unoffical compilation called Live Singles 95-05 (which a few of the board members here are credited in).

It fades in at the start so it's not a smooth transition out of Dig Your Own Hole, but the quality's perfect. I'll split and upload it if you like.

Yes please. BTW, can you suggest where one can find this Live Singles 95-05? Thanks.

Just wondering...
Was Live Singles 95-05 compiled from full sets? If so then why not just make a torrent with all of the sets? I've got a bunch of partial sets in my iTunes and it's kind of annoying.

It's five CDs worth of live tracks, pretty impressive.

There's a recording of The Sunshine Underground from Woodstock 1999 that's a little better quality than the one on the FTP... is there a second Woodstock recording out there?

Awesome, thanks Whitenoise. Sadly thats about how much free MBs I have on my drive other than the requisite Gig of virtual memory space, so I'm just going to DL it to a USB for now.

Thanks again! You're cool

Coolhandluque (aka Foxtrotoscar) is sending me a CD of the 2011 Sydney gig. It's going on the FTP when it gets here.

Hi, the name is Nate. I need a user name and password just to download three livesets of chemical brothers and I am slowly turning into a retard before doing so. I have had no luck at all with Fuji Rock 2004. Could you help me out? Sorry for any sarcastic wording. Cheers!!

As I said in the Chemical Brothers Live Downloads topic, I've put an FTP server online with all my Live collection, on which you can download and upload (if you have something that's not online).

Please READ before asking dumb questions that are answered in this post.

You can access it and look the files (but not download them) here :

Hostname : sbrk.hd.free.fr
Port : 21
Login :chemical_brothers
Password : escapevelocity
ftp://chemical_brothers:escapevelocity@sbrk.hd.free.fr:21

You can also upload to the Upload folder (if I see any abuse I will block the IP)

If you want to download, send me an email to benjisbrk [at] gmail [dot] com with the tag [CHEMS FTP] in the mail subject.
Give me your username on the forum, a desired password (you have 99% of chance to get an answer within the day if you do that. If you don't, you have 75% of chance of never getting a reply ever) and if you're a regular member of the forum, or if you have something interesting to provide (a set that's not present on the FTP for example), I will give you access.

And I will create an access for you.

EDIT :

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO USE FILEZILLA
And you should configure your FTP Client to use only one connection at a time, or you may experience problems on the FTP. In Filezilla, you have to go to the configure of the FTP in the Site Manager (top left icon) and in the "Transfer Settings" tab, tick "Limit the number of simultaneous connections" and put 1 under this.

To the owner of this FTP, can you please adjust the permissions so that people are able to download files from the Upload directory? There are two Live 2011 Sets that have been sitting in the Upload directory for 2 months or something but users (with dedicated logins) cannot download them because they are write-only access.

Would you mind changing the permissions or else move them to somewhere else on the server where the permissions will allow users to download them?

Also, I sent you an email about this about a week ago but never heard back...

+1

Ben_j, give some file control to the forum nerds. We can keep the FTP tidy if you don't have the time to.

From the Russian fans))

ftp://chems:uFSQT9Og...calbrothers.net

Now it's empty. But in soon time it may have some cool stuff, including live videos.
If you want to upload something, log in anonymously, and upload the files to directory called "Incoming".

Btw, i can mirror Ben_J FTP, if you want.

Cheers.
