Zammo form grange hill - old skool kids TV show about a bunch of unruly school kids.
zammo released an anti-drugs single with some of the other grange hill mob called 'just say no'. then developed an enormous cocaine habit and admitted to meeting ronald reagan on the 'just say no' tour in america stoned off his cake!! in fact the whole lot of them were off their knackers!! oh the irony!!!

def went down hill - it had a raw inner city vibe (eh m'chebne?) to start with, then it ended up all polite and watered down.....rather like a lot of TV these days.....
