This is so amazingly awesome because now there won't be those "Are the chems touring America?" treads! It's also cool for a trillion reasons, but I figured that one went untouched.
Looks like another late summer/fall road trip to LA to see the chems!

Saw the twitter update..but it was because Bosco announced it first.
Sorry Tom and Ed! We all know you wanted this announcement to be a surprise for us, but please understand this. When you tell us that a new album is coming out, some of us 'google' you name like crazy* for anything new from you guys.(tours,tracks,release dates,etc) So keep in mind that we're not the stalking type, :) but we're just anxious and hungry for new tunes from you guys.

I'm almost certain there will be single day tickets available closer to the date of the show.
There have been for other shows so I can't imagine it would be different for the Chems.
Tim - need I say how great it will be to see you again?? You're like our brother from the great white north!

I have been thinking about this all stinkin day. Looking forward to this venue for sure - it's not a rave, it's not Coachella so the change of atmosphere is a welcome thing. We're thinking now would be the right time to bring Connor along and feel it would be a comfortable place to do so. Plus it would be a rad first concert experience.
Damn. So excited!

I was just thinking about my next trip manuever last night and then this came up. Then I clicked on the Coachella link and got real happy. Then announced to my housemates I was going to see the Chems again. :)
Can't wait to see the full live show experience again.

The seating kind of concerns me. The bowl looks humongous, I would hate to be stuck only being able to afford the nosebleed section.

Until the chem's announce it i would take what has been said with a pinch of salt as the date quoted is a bank holiday in england and it's also one of the most popular one for festivals (Leeds & Reading plus reamfields). I think the chem's will be more likely to play one of those than that date in the US
