Get a lift, you dont need drugs when seeing an amazing band such as the chems, the energy from ther performance is enough of me.

Water. Loads of water. And i can recomand it to everybody. As the security guys said to me at the gig in Brixton ' Girl , you are the craziest one in here and you're not even sweating! '

Loads of water is the clue...Go to peepee before the gig though.

I personally think eveybody should decide for their own to go wasted to a gig or not. I agree with you on this one , Acid , for me the power of the gig is enough. But if somebody has some...candies or whatever, and doesn't bother anyone , well that's fine to me!

Different is it when a person is so influenced she can't stand on her legs properly. I was next to a girl that was so high on something , she even took her top off. It wasn't sexy coming for a girl so high she kept falling on top of me. To those peeps i say " get a life , you're paying 25 Pounds , only to dont remember a single thing in the morning "

Amen.

Drinking at a show is fine if it's a harder edged rock concert, but not at something emotive like Coldplay or life-changing like the Chems. Alcohol dulls the senses far too much for that.

Pills, on the other hand, seem to amplify your absorption of music (emphasis on the "seem to", 'cause really you're far too fucked to know what's up, but it seems pretty damn good). Time stretches, moments get etched into your mind.

If the band is good enough and are on fine form, nothing else should be needed. The Chems definetly don't require chemical assistance. That being said, I definetly felt that it enhanced an already amazing personal experience. Your results may vary.

I certainly wouldn't consider drugs or alcohol a prerequisite to enjoying the Chems. To each their own.

This old man,
he play beats,
He don't need no music sheets,
but with a snip-snip-snippy-snip
gave his mop a chop,
Old man hairstyles are a flop.
