How can I stitch a series of mp3s together? What software will allow me to do this? Basically, I want to combine all of the songs of a live set into a single continuous mp3, because my car CD player puts a 1-2 second gap between seperate mp3 files. It's a pain in the ass, so I wanted to have all the mp3s in one massive file.
Any ideas?

He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

Is that like a wave editor? Coz that could take ages, a live set being 90+ minutes. I was after a batch processor ideally, if one exists
If you are a windows user, the oldskool COPY command from the command prompt supposedly works. If there are problems with this, you should remove all id tags from you mp3s and try again.
copy /b "filename1.mp3"+"filename2.mp3"+"etc." "combined file.mp3"
And here is a program that might do the trick too:

I have never done it myself, but this is what I was able to find with some creative searches. :)
