i watched la haine the other night (the film the galvanize video is ment to be based on)
very hard film to get into. it's all in french with english subtitles. i spent all my time reading those bloody subtitles and not watching the action. typical bloody french not to put different audio languages like most other dvd's i have. it will take a few more viewings to understand the film. i guess im just not cultured enough.

imagine my case almost all the movies i see have subtitles.
