Seems Amazon dropped the ball! They have no tracking number or even a note/invoice saying that my purchase was shipped from their fullfillment center! I called them and they apologized + they refunded my 12 dollar shipping!
They said I'll get it tomorrow!
...to be continued!
So no DT for me tonight!

"...It's an angle that might seem derived from performative social-media awareness; when everyone has a video camera, crowds are so easily distilled into individuals. But its real effect is an on-the-field, you-are-there immediacy that pulls you in more than any concert documentary recorded in recent memory, capturing not just what you see when you're riveted to the stage, but what you see when you turn to your friend, when you glance over your shoulder, when you wander the grounds, when you completely lose control. The crowd at Naeba Ski Resort could say they were there, sure, but you could probably count anyone who saw it in a London theater or a Montreal living room or a Chicago train ride as claiming an honest attendance, too...."

if you're fine with sd quality and don't need special packaging buy the dvd
if you want a nice package and don't need hd buy the special edition book (not the 10"-book)
if you want the most limited edition, maximum sized package and don't need hd by the 10"-book
if you want a nice package and need hd buy the special edition book (not the 10"-book) + the bluray and swap the dvd with the bluray
if you want the most limited edition, maximum sized package and need hd by the 10"-book + the bluray and swap the dvd with the bluray
the content of all the dvds (and the bluray) is always the same
the difference between the limted books is the size and the pictures included in the book (both have 28 pages)
the booklet of the bluray is small => 6 pages including a short one-page review about the happening, one fullpage picture, one picture going over two pages and the credits which are also on two pages. i think it is the same with the normal dvd edition.
amazon.co.uk >dvd< >bluray< >limited edition (small size book)< >limited edition (10"-book)<

When did they review the film when it was in theaters? Can you provide a link please?

As for consistency (and this is to be fair) maybe the DVD review is based solely on the intimate viewing session, and how that is perceived on a train, in a livingroom, etc etc as opposed to being in a theater feeding off the energy of a movie-going atmosphere.
At any rate, it's better a nice review - especially from Pitchfork who have been less than kind to our Brothers in the past - than a grouping of harsh words that'll piss on our parade. :)
