it's not the best.

it's just an extended remix with only the material from the radio edit.

I'm just a kid at home with extremely limited tools.

But anyway I want to know what you guys think of it...

Export to .mp3. mp3s are teh sex. You will never be a sucessful DJ and never get laid unless you learn the ways of the mp3.

the application i use doesn't let the files be converted to mp3s no matter what i try to do. Otherwise I would have done that by now voodoo

if you have itunes, go to preferences, advanced, importing, set importing format to highest quality vbr mp3, open you aiff into itunes, right click it and select "convert selection to mp3", and voila, mp3 conversion. Assuming you use itunes.

the link will bring you to a page with a chart. At the bottom of the chart click the "free" button. Then, on the next page there will be a code, and a place to type. Type the code and click "download".

It's a very nice edit, but the fact of the matter is... it isn't exactly a remix. I don't hear any added elements, just different arrangements, thus making it more of a re-edit.

i think he's just re-arranged the end so it goes on longer with cuts from the intro/main tune

errrrm, i suppose the cutting of bars is fairly tight theres no crickles or crackles, but it kind of ruins the flow of the tune - using the intro to extend the end didnt make much sene to me

a better approach for an extended edit would be:

make the intro longer

make the breakdown longer

chop up the flow in the middle

use the outro beats to extend the outro

try using fx to make stuff dynamic - if u just end up repeating stuff thats already happeend it just gets boring - filters are good for this, and reverb. also whooshy white noise is always a winner.

hth, and keep on keepin on.

ps - its nigh on impossible to do full remixes of a track unless you have the constituent parts. re-edits are do-able though, but i think calling it a remix is a bit off the mark ;)

well i already said i don't have many tools. and i did say that all it was was an EXTENDED REMIX in other words i just mixed it up a little and made it longer. I get what all of you are trying to say so i will make a second mix taking my advice given to me
