It's an unlikely collaboration on the surface, although Tinie, who turns 25 the same week the album is released, doesn't see it like that.
"I suppose it's not the first person you'd think I'd work with, but I knew Tom would bring an edge to my music that hasn't been there before," he explains.
"Musically, The Chemical Brothers have never conformed, and have always brought out fresh sounds and experimented with new styles of music. I feel that's the artist I am and what I want to do."

I'm not sure what to make of it yet, haha! My initial thought is it strays from my aural comfort zone, as this is not something I would normally listen to.
That said, it pleases me that Tom is putting himself out there and collaborating in ways we don't expect. There is a certain risk in doing that, and I find it admirable. These risks are part of what makes each Chems album different and intriguing to my ear.

That's what I was thinking! I quickly thought of Orange Wedge too as well. Intro sample pretty much sucked me . Even though rap has taken a backseat to pretty much what listen to today, I love Tom's stamp on this track. So far I give it a 7.5 out of 10 since it's a sample.

Just a sample. The original track in it's entirety got taken down.

These Chems have balls! I like how Tom is giving us these little bread crumbs of his talents until he give us the whole loaf.

If you listen to songs like Not Another Drugstore, Get Yourself High, Galvanize or Keep My Composure then i don't think this collab is so much unexpected. Of course, no one here expected a song by Tinie Tempah being produced by Tom - but on the other hand i think Daybreaker (Beth Orton) is way more unexpected.

The more interesting point to me is that I think that this is the film shoot that a coworker of mine was a dancer for. She is a professional dancer and did filming for a Tinie Tempah shoot back in the summer. I think she is the blonde but I'm trying to confirm with her now.
