I forgot to add that a few years ago I read this article in DJ Mag about which DJ's were other DJ's favorites and Fatboy said his was the Chems. I also love the mutual respect he and the Chemical Brothers share. Norm always says such nice things about them!

Again, agreed with Whirly here. (I feel weirder and weirder saying that each time.)
Fatboy Slim's got a special place in my heart - Halfway Between The Gutter And The Stars was my first electronic album, I do believe, and I'm still playing it to this day. It absolutely lights me up inside that Norm and Tom and Ed - like Whirly said - share such respect for each other.

Yeah, I like that the Fatboy has the mutual respect for Tom and Ed..I remeber a GQ interview with him in the summer of 1999, a question was 'So norman, what are your plans for the next stage of your musical journey'?
To which norm replied:
'Just to copy Surrender'!
Ledgend, but impossible task!

Yeah, Fatboy represents California in Better Living through Chemistry. I love the song "Santa Cruz," and even though "4th and Crenshaw" wasn't a favorite track of mine, it's an LA reference.
Ooh, and you've got to love the "Mystery Spot" sticker he has in his studio. You can see it in the booklet in You've Come a Long Way Baby.
