"There's no need to rush."

Ok It's time for everyone to post an opnion of this song.

It's on the vinyl an the Japan release.

If you've listened to No Need a few good times... What do you think? Is It single material?

My personal feelings, are that this song is great, it's heavy in beats, heavy in overtoned high pitched greatness, and it hits home with me and my obsession with the chems...

Who is gonna step up, and realize that there is no need to run from this track, because It's greatness.

I really like this song - it's on the Do It Again single, too (so get to buying it, collector man! ;) )

The first time I heard it was on my drive back from Los Angeles, so I think I'll always associate the song with driving. I had a tough time finding the Do It Again single where I live, so my husbanad and I trekked to mecca (a.k.a. Amoeba records) last week and picked it up. There's a nice, sweeping and rushy feel to this track that goes so perfectly on a drive, especially when you reach a curve in the road.

Don't know if it's single material, but it's definitely a stellar b-side like the kind you come to expect when you pick up any Chemical Brothers single.

Next to Clip Kiss, I prefer No Need. It's just solid from beginning to end.

Or maby I can hit up a Virgin Megastore.. They tend to have ANYTHING you could ever want to buy...also? Astralwerks sells that stuff too right?

Definitely getting to buying it, no doubt.

It's there's no need to run? I thought it was there's no need to rush... it made me see the song as a cool funky sit-down-and-enjoy-some-o'-dat-lovin' tune.

it is actually "rush" cause you can here the "sshhhhhh" at the end. unless they say "There's no need to runsshhhhh" which i doubt, but it could be an effect at the end that happens to make it sound like "rush". i dont know. we might have to debate about that. or maybe im just crazy.

Whirly - No Need is on the US single?

Funny, I got the british cd single (which has just the audion mix and the song), and the US vinyl which has again the Audion mix and Clip Kiss, no No Need. Maybe it's on the US cd only.

I haven't heard Clip Kiss yet - will be spinning the vinyl tonight under some influence - it's Friday!

I've posted about the other two bsides already - I still don't like them. The other one was plain boring, and No Need starts off really powerful, but fizzles out and gets boring after a bit - needed more work - agree with chemicalfire on this. ;)

Nope, it's not single material. That's why it's a b-side.
