Thanks for the add! I accidentally tried downloading from your user before realizing logging in is just replacing the user and password in the url. I figured it out though.

You should use an FTP client instead, like Filezilla.

The FTP will be down for the day, I'm changing the motherboard, reinstalling windows, etc

EDIT : all back online now ;)

Hi. I've just upload "Dexter's International Scribble Mix". Nice and crazy turntable composition, check it out.

...Does it have anything to do with the band whose site you've just signed up for?

Yes. It was on The Golden Path DVD.
It's a turntable minimix of a few chemical tracks made by DJ Dexter.

Looking for some recommendations to start with. Which are considered the best live sets from each era? Thanks.
Gonna work it out...

My reccomendations:

95 - Liecester
96 - Brixton Academy
97 - Lollipop (highest quality), Osaka (full set plus HBHG Demo and a unreleased track)
99 - Can't say, I haven't heard much of these.
00 - Japan
02 - Open Air Field
04 - Santiago
05 - probably Sunderland
07 - The Concourse (best full set), BBC Proms (highest quality plus Beth Orton and Tim Burgess live)

The Open Air Field 2002 set is probably the best live ever. Brixton Academy 96 is excellent too.

The Lollipop one kicks ass.

I'll have to second the Santiago set, as well.

My favorite from 2005 was the Coachella set (for personal reasons). The sound quality is decent too.
be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle

@ whitenoise & whirly...thanks, I'll check these out first. Open Air and Coachella 05 are two of my favorites, but I haven't heard a lot of the others you've suggested.
Gonna work it out...

May I ask where "Unreleased" is from? Sounds a little more dubby than their usual fare...

Pushing that question. Ben_J? Tom? Ed? Paul?

What part is that? Are you referring to the "I'm taking LSD" bit within the HBHG demo? Or maybe the early version of "Base 6" sandwiched between the beginning and end of Dig Your Own Hole.

It's a four minute long track after the HBHG demo and before The Reel, labeled as 'Unachieved work' on the Osaka bootleg. The song's basically a wet ascending synth with start-and-stop beats on top of it.

Actually, it might be a really early version of 'Scale', that just occoured to me.

If you like 95 - Liecester you're gonna love 96 - Brixton.

Why? Because they were both sped up somehow?

Well, obviously.

96 - Brixton is sort of an expanded version of Liecester - same thing, but with DYOH songs in there too. And it's good quality.

Brixton Academy isn't sped up. Where did that come from?
