Hey, we could start a "fond memories of pubs" dealie. Inspired by Darkstar just now and a hearty nod to iggy who's posted pics of his haunt. Anyway. Here's a pic of a pub where I involuntarily started a brawl in 1991:
And here's another one, my folks used to live stumblin distance from when they were living over in Knightsbridge (oooo super swank). This one's the Ennismore Arms:

(Of course, karma and fate say that if I ever did find myself single, the rivers would run drier than the Sahara in July, but I plan on having to worry about that....)

I've never had a friend that I wouldn't leave in the desert all alone with no food and water if it meant an intimate encounter between my junk and a hot dutch model.
Hey now, I thought I was your friend. Thanks a lot. :'(

No muffin, saying you're my friend would be like saying that my skin or my eyes or my heart was my friend. You know me, friends are people I borrow money from or who can get me drugs.
I knew I should have qualified the original statement, but it was funnier the way it was.

....The company also sells plug-in Breathalyzer adapters for some phones. None of the models tell you exactly how much you may be over or under the legal limit, but it can keep you from making other alcohol-related mistakes.
The LP4100 also allows users to set up the phone so on certain nights and after a certain time they do not call certain people in their phone book. Think ex-boyfriend or ex-girlfriend.
If you have a blood alcohol level over .08, the phone will not let you dial that person. So it not only promotes sobriety, but chastity ? and probably your dignity, as well.

Dignity? Bwahaha!!! Too funny. I'm sure Jeanie's NY roommate would have appreciated a handy device such as this!
