Is the shop broken? I'm sorry I'm starting a new thread, as I can't find the old one.

I am trying to deliver to a UK address but I am forced to choose a US state - anyone else face this problem in the UK?

I just had a look and could select a UK state for the delivery. The state selections reflect the country choice though, so make sure United Kingdom is selected as the country and the states should reload to the correct ones. If they don't then I suspect it is a browser issue, try in a different browser.

Ok, so I managed to place my order 10 days back.
To a local address in London. My friend leaves London for India in 7 more days and my order is still showing as "Awaiting Allocation". WTF.
This is the first time in my life I finally managed to order Chems merchandise - I've never had a Chems tee in my life - and I've been writing to the support guys but no response. This sucks.
I ordered Muse tees also on the same date again to London and they were dispatched in a day. The Chems shop charged me more for Royal Mail and a smaller package, while the Muse shop used a courier service. Both were completely in stock carts.

IS ANYONE LISTENING??

Why don't you make your own Chems tee using Henna? I'm sure they have that everywhere in India. LOL @ the backward third world countries with no real addresses, do you guys live in huts in India?

I don't think the forums are being monitored much at the moment, the merchandise is sold by Live Nation Merchandise. I'd suggest contacting them regarding your order. Maybe you can get your friend to phone them?

I put in a word to one of the admins about 2 and a half weeks ago asking to update the Live forum header to 2012 but haven't received a reply yet. If and when I do, I will ask about the shop, though I don't know if a site admin has any say in prompt order fulfillment. Unless there is an order processing issue that's preventing the warehouse (or actual shop) from receiving the order. Hmmm...

There are a couple other things forum-side that could use a little spring cleaning, but the shop I think would be a priority especially with the movie coming to DVD and rejuvenated interest in Chems. That sucks about your order, Jack. If its happening to you then it might be happening to others...

Hey Krispy - where did you get that India no. from? It's a wrong no.
Also there was a UK no. listed on the shop 2 weeks back which I tried a few times but it was faulty no. too.

Whirly - I agree - the shop support is really sucky. I ordered the same day and placed a 100 GBP order at Muse shop and the same 100 GBP order at the Chems shop. Both the cards were completely in stock stuff on ordering and the delivery was local to a London address.
The Muse shop promptly couriered the stuff through UPS the next day - unfortunately my friend was not home during the week and was at Oxford so they attempted delivery 4 times - I wrote to the shop support the same day as the chems mail and got a response the very next day with my tracking no. - UPS was cheaper than the Chems Royal Mail package and was super helpful - they did 4 delivery attempts and were holding my package and on my request are doing a fifth delivery attempt to a completely new person and address in London today without any extra charge.
And the courier charges were cheaper than Royal Mail.
Maybe the Chems shop needs to look at UPS? Or do you think the volumes at the Chems shop won't get them the same patronage the Muse shop enjoys?
Also this is not even a delivery issue - 2 weeks after the instock stuff was ordered the status is showing still as Awaiting fulfillment. Tsk.:/
Was so looking forward to my lithograph finally and wearing my horsepower tee to the gig in KL. Drat, drat, drat.
