So I know a lot of people were up in arms about Brotherhoods tracklist. And while I love Brotherhood, I cant help but agree a little. I mean, I can understand it being left off Singles 93-03, but there's no way the Chems' label can possibly get away with leaving off Elektrobank TWICE!

So what I'm asking you is this: if you compiled the tracklist for a Chems greatest hits album, what would your tracklist be?

You can have two discs, one for tracks, another for remixes/rare stuff/b-sides, no more than 16 tracks per disc.

Here's mine:

-Disc 1-

LOOPS OF FURY

THE BOXER

THE TEST

HEY BOY HEY GIRL

STAR GUITAR

IT BEGAN IN AFRIKA

GALVANIZE

DO IT AGAIN

SALMON DANCE

ALL RIGHTS REVERSED

SUNSHINE UNDERGROUND

GET YOURSELF HIGH

GOLDEN PATH

-Disc 2-

We've got some common ground, indeed.

Unfortunately, much like my perfect live set, this requires time, effort and thought, all of which are going to my bloated case load. FUCK.

I'd probably bang my head against my desk, wait for the blood to pool in my brain (or down at my feet) and then make a decision. I can't help it if old duran duran songs get into the chems playlist. I blame it on the insane in me.

in other words......haven't we gone through 2 'greatest hits' albums. Do we really need to start talking about another one so soon? Even if hypothetical

Two hits CDs or not, I think it's still a fun topic.

I will think this over and post something over the weekend (unless my head explodes first).

i love how the daft punk remix of life is sweet is nothing like the original track, its more a brand new daft punk track than a remix!

Where Do I Begin? (6:51)

Surface To Air (9:03)

Piku (4:54)

Burst Generator (6:52)

Life Is Sweet (6:33)

Morning Lemon (4:36)

Loops Of Fury (4:41)

Hold Tight London (8:12)

The Pills Won't Help You Now (6:35)

The Sunshine Underground (8:32)

Disc Two

Song To The Siren (Sabre 100% Chunk Mix) (9:31) or (Full Sabre Mix) (10:55)

Dope Coil (5:05)

Her Jazz (8:40)

My Mercury Mouth (5:55)

Dust-Up-Beats (6:35)

Let Me In Mate (4:21)

Snooprah (7:16)

Battle Scars (Beyond The Wizard's Sleeve Mix) (8:31)

All Rights Reversed (Fight The Drabs Mix) (7:26)

Hey Boy hey Girl (Soulwax Remix) (7:15)

The first disc would represent the Chem's career without duplicating tracks from the other two hits packages. Loops Of Fury and Morning Lemon were only on the "limited" disc on the singles collection, so I featured them here. This CD would definitely be a continuous mix and all songs could sensibly be mixed or segued together in this order.

The second disc would be the rare stuff from vinyl and some digital releases that have not seen release on a CD.

Both discs are under 80:00 minutes in length. Of course, the powers that be would never, ever release a compilation like this ...
