Zombieland.

F*cking hilarious. :D

Yes, one of the best movies this year. I'd love how they play Ghostbusters at Bill Murray's house. I totaly can see me in this scene.

Today I have been watching this show called the Vice Guide To Travel (thank you Netflix). Current segment I'm viewing is N. Korea... It's Uhm... all kinds of strange. And compelling.

Earlier I saw the Bulgarian segment and the ever-fascinating segment on Pripyat (where the Chernobyl blast occurred). Interesting show - some segments are 20 minutes and others are an about an hour. It's a cool show to watch people travel to places that are off the grid.

Yeaaahh :D I've just finished season 2 and it was great. If you time it right you can watch them all before season 4 starts in June. I'm back to The Shield Season 6 now :D

Waiting? The Internet has a wealth of great TV you haven't seen yet. Have a read through this thread and find gold my friend.

I hear ya... But we're not necessarily in limbo. There's so much to watch, we go on these marathon watching sessions, then fall off the wagon and get into watching other things, then come back to finish up the series. Speaking of falling off the wagon. If you think Intervention is bad... we've been watching Celebrity Rehab! Part of the reason is because my husband knows someone who is on this season, and from a counseling aspect it's interesting to get my husband's take on all this since he's training to be a drug counselor. But. Erm, I'm almost... almost ashamed to admit I find myself enjoying trashy television. And publicly admitting it! Oh man just shoot me now, haha!

Indeed. That's what I'm going to do once we finish up watching The Tudors and catching up on Peep Show.

You're capped? You need to change your ISP, that's unacceptable!

Just saw "Exit through the gift shop". Brilliant. Banksy is a genius. I'm not sure what to think about Mr Brainwash though. I wish it's a hoax made by Banksy

I really enjoyed Exit Through The Gift Shop. I just saw your facecrackin update... Here's that article I mentioned:

Further down the page, someone wrote a huge thesis on how they conclude this is a hoax that's worth a read if you have a moment or few.

I don't get a lot of options where I live, can't get adsl 2+ or cable, just adsl 1 @ 8000k. My cap is 100Gb, 50peak + 50 offpeak so it's not too bad. I am about to go over this month though and it doesn't reset till the 15th .

I found 'Exit' a bit boring. It's like a piece of the german/french co-produced tv show "Tracks" (shown on ARTE and absolutely recommendable) but instead of 5 to 10 minutes long it is stretched to 90 minutes. You can cut it to 45 minutes and wouldn't miss anything.

Just watched "Skyline" the other day. One of the worst movies i've ever seen. I really like those alien/monster/world destruction movies (Cloverfield, District 9 and Monsters for example) but Skyline - don't watch it, total waste of time. Still want 92 minutes back.

I like Banksy too. I think for better or worse, and whether you're a fan or not, he's made his mark in art history. Warhol had his critics, too. As for him being a sell out, or making money off what he does - I just don't know if I can judge. Some of the greatest past masters in the world that made it to the history books were commissioned by royalty or the church, or people in positions of power. I suppose that the idea of a guerrilla street artist making bank off commercial success might have bugged me when I was younger and pursuing art in school trying to be original and hold on to certain artistic ideals or whatever - but I can't be bothered about how an artist chooses to crave his or her path right now. Because I might do the same, if given the chance. I don't know... He's fortunate he can do what he likes and get paid handsomely to do so.

I saw that exhibition in Los Angeles and it was a pretty cool last minute decision and I'm glad I went, and that Connor got to go as well. By the time we go there, most of the paint had worn off the elephant (don't worry, I am an animal lover and this creature was treated very well and in caring hands). The Elephant in the Room was more like Elephant Who Cleared The Room. This picture was taken literally moments before the beast farted. And it was really hot that day, and there was no air conditioning in the building where the exhibit was. So you can imagine.

Such a coincidence! My son spent the night at the grandparents' last night and we went over to visit him and he was watching Cloverfield for the millionth time. I love that movie.

But I wouldn't write off all the time you spent with Skyline as a waste. For if you didn't endure those horrific 92 minutes, we would never have known just how crappy a movie it is. And we thank you for that, lol!

Skyline isn't that bad. I was angry as you were when watching Cloverfield, I hate it! Skyline is quite cheap, clichéd and doesn't make sense but I liked the

Just started watching 2 new shows, "Boardwalk Empire" about prohibition in the US, really well done. Only watched the first one so it could get much better, I expect it will with Scorsese as director and Wallberg as producer. And also "The Big C", which is about a woman with cancer, but it takes a comedic look at how she changes her life.
Further Remixed There's nothing else...

Scorsese only directed the first episode... Great show anyway
Oh by the way it was the most expensive pilot episode produced in television history.
