Hey guys.

I've just gotten out of a 6 month slump and finally had a good week. Actually, I had an excellent week. The kind that comes by only every other year or two.

On top of all that, I finally received my hard copies of Don't Think and Hanna.

And today, at the end of this week, I have finally taken a couple hours all by myself to give them the proper attention they deserve.

As I enjoyed myself, on this extra special day on this awesome week after such a half-year plummet, well...I thought of the Brotherhood.

Hello peoples.
Gonna work it out...

Great that you got out of that k-hole! Hope you enjoyed your chemical goodies. I guess, the Liberty Bell is entirely broken by now?

Glad you're out of a slump! Always a shame when things end up in a downward loop. :-(

2nd year of law school is coming to a close, and the girlfriend is moving in soon...

I haven't woke up like this in a while, but it's good to wake up and not feel like shit!

Kind of started in january, when an outpouring of migraines and headaches were affecting me when I got out of bed, but also at home and work. I kind of eliminated every possible cause I could think of, from getting a memory foam pillow to cutting off energy drinks to lowering the brightness to the TV and laptop. Went to the doctor and told him what's up, and he gave me muscle relaxers :)

So far so good,( and sleeping like a baby) but than a week later, I woke up and started to get some aching in my right ear that just muffed my hearing. I did the usual ear drops and cleaning, but thinks got worse! I went to the doctor cause I was getting dizzy. They looked inside the ear and put a watergun/vacuum inside, and sucked the life out of me. Problem solved, but need to get more Q-tips next time!

Just a rant on my a state of health! But now looking forward to good times! Got a family reunion coming up and hopefully some gigs to check out.

Luv is all peeps!

Yea. Them energy drinks are useless. I would drink almost two a day back to back for a
While. 6 hour sleeps wouldnt be enough I would also wake up feeling like crap. Just had to cut them out and now mornings are shiny. Tempting to grab a can, I believe they have some addicting agents or something. other than caffeine.

Finished my last exam yesterday. This now means that I am almost officially done my undergrad.
Took me long enough (5 years). Just have to wait a month in Barcelona before I can officially graduate (such a pain ;) ). That is all.

Just stumbled across this old thread while listening to the live version of A Modern Midnight Conversation from the McCarren Pool bootleg, have to say it was a nice accompaniment! It also made for a fun little peek back into the board history, too! For instance I now know why Whirly doesn't remember what their 2002 visuals looked like...
Also, whatever happened to the overly-defensive LSD guy with the Underworld reference username?

Hahaha! Feels like a lifetime ago. I wrote a review of the show I saw in 2002 (can't bother digging for it right now, it was on a planet dust fan site) so there were some things I remember from the experience otherwise I wouldn't have bothered. :P Also my state of mind (no I wasn't on LSD that night for the record) proximity from the stage, and being out in 100 degree weather all day and being generally exhausted by the time the Chems came on might have had something to do with why my brain couldn't process and record every subtle, visual nuance the show had to offer, lol!

Not sure what happened to LSD guy. I hope wherever he is he is doing OK. I wonder about some of the previous frequent-posters sometimes. This forum has seen a lot of people come and go over the years. My husband ended up in rehab, for innstance. ;)
