Im looking for other music like chemical brothers, in the chemical/big beat genre, can anyone recommend anything?
Ain't nobody like the Chems, so getting out there and experiencing other "like" acts will be a bit of a challenge if you're comparing apples to oranges. Remember, the Chems got you spoiled! ;)
Great suggestions already, so without repeating anyone, I'll throw in a recommendation for Underworld. Not really what's considered big beat but very likely to rock your world anyway. And The Orb. Oh, and Crystal Method... among others. Also scour this forum - this question has come up other times and I remember there being some great recommendations all around. Not all big beat genre recommendations but still very good anyway. Good luck!
be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle

ABOUT BIG BEAT:
In the '90 you did have different kind of bigbeat-like groups:
-DAFT PUNK (first album is one of my all time fav.) 8) (!)
-wiseguys
-propellerheads
-fatboyslim (!)
-prodigy
-mekon
-dirty beatniks
-lionrock
-junkie xl (first album) (!)
-headdrillaz (!)
-headfirst
-deejay punk-roc
-Apollofourforty
-eboman (not realy bigbeat but from the same era) (!)
-etc.
But lots of them did other music after the CHEMICALBEAT/BIGBEAT hype was over.
The chemical brothers were (one of the few) loyal to the music style they firstly created. (although somewhat different)
In a interview from a dutch magazine that I did read some weeks ago.
Tom and Ed were asked what they did think of all those followers.
Tom and Ed mentioned the propellerheads as beeing one of them.
But that they didn't like them at all.
But I think that it's all a matter of taste.
I own a lot of cd's from the artist mentioned above.
And they all were doing good things but only in there own way.
They all had some good songs and some bad songs.
JUST LISTEN AND TRY TO FIND BANDS/GROUPS THAT YOU LIKE !!!!! (!)
