Just when she's out with her mates drinking, i've been on the podium myself a few times. I don't think she's shy, but who knows. I'm definatly shy when it comes to things like asking a girl out, rejection hurts when you're sober.

Sounds like a pretty poor nightclub. In my experience clubs with podiums tend to be full of gorillas with button down shirts, shiny shoes and gold earrings. If she is digging these sorts of places maybe if you regress back to neanderthal times and start wearing above apparel she might begin to notice you.
