It merely means the opposite of n00b, i thought you would have gotten it but anyway.
Jeanie's explanation fits yeh. Its langauge gamers use, they put numbers that look like letters in words to show off, I like taking the piss out of that :)

That is *l33t* speak it is used by the aol generation of kids in america who mainly play Counter strike and teamfortress allday unfortinitly it has spread to many other main stream games such as Halo 2, World of warcraft and Starcraft. Unfortinly some people also talk like this in real life a good example is my 13 year old nieghbor who i must regularly beat the l33t speak out of him.
Ex: *punch* Y0u3 N00b ski113 mean N0thing!*punch much harder*Ahhh teh hea3 sh0t*punch* aaaaaa you teh hax003*punch* aaa listening to chemical brothers is God!*candy is now deliverd*. this is what must be done weekly to cleanse the mind of todays youth.
