iguanapunk, it's very easy to take a semester or two off from school - it's freedom, an unbelievable freedom... I know from experience. But I also know from experience it's so much harder to get back into the swing of things if and when you do want to go back to school - it's just hard to find the time and money etc. And while I love my life and even my jkob as it is and wouldn't change a thing, there's always a little part of me that wonders what turns my life would have taken had I stayed in school... and would I still be working for peanuts in a record store? ;)
My best advice (even though you didn't ask, the motherly instinct in me speaks!) is to not cut yourself off completely from school - take some time off but don't give up on your education. There's lots to be said for those who follow through and finish their education.

Thanks for your concern, but it wasted on me. I've done the whole school thing, i'm..well I was doing a Degree in Informatics, but I can't take the pressure, so here I am on my pc on monday morning, free.
And that cider I had yesterday started to really hurt my kidneys, probably a sign I should calm down on drinking, maybe.
