Yeah, I know--we have a whole "General Bullshit" thread. A lot of people, however, gloss over it or otherwise don't post. Here's a chance to let us know how you're doing.

Me? I'm doing fucking fantastically. I just got two monitors for myself at work, I'm going to be taking off for London in five days, and I've got more money than I thought for the trip. :)

Its the Bank holiday and and i'm relishing the fact i have some time to just chill out and do nothing!

Plus Olympia next weekend Which should be pretty sweet! Glad to hear your feeling good :)

I'm pissed off as I'm travelling back to Hong Kong after a week at home, and the flight is 4 hrs late. Joy. Doing this every week is a bind, and it's making me miss the Olympia gig. Boooooo.

I am currently sitting on a nice balcony, enjoying a nice balmy tropical summer night in Kauai. If it were daylight, I'd be able to see a bit of the ocean, but right now, it's too dark to see much of anything past the hotel unit on my left side. Saw some amazing things, Waimea Canyon, did lots of snorkeling, drank too many maitai's, even did a cheesy luau (where I also had more than my fair share of alcoholic fare. Tomorrow we're going to hit up some more snorkeling spots and relax inbetween with our buts parked in the sand. Kauai is a gorgeous place, every type of foliage imaginable, and everyone's on Hawaiian Time, which means life is relaxed and at a much slower pace than the norm. And that is all right by me. It's nice to take a vacation... Which explains my absence from the forum. ;)

@Whirls--NICE!!! I left a message for Stash on his cell phone wishing you guys an amazing vacation, or something like it.

@Consumer: Good to know the energy flows with you. :)

@Inchemwetrust--Didn't watch the Olympics at all. But heehee... good times.

@GraySquire: Bummer you're not going to Olympia, man! :-( Why are you going back and forth from Hong Kong every week??

@Mitzitwinkles--Thanks! Glad you get to chill out this weekend. I need a vacation myself. 50 hr weeks makes Andy a saaaaaad panda.

I leave in less than 48 hours!!!! :) :) :)

Still here on the Garden Island. :D Tomorrow we head back home. We went snorkeling today at the most amazing reef, this place called Tunnels. It was mind blowing, like being in a Blue Planet DVD! Connor got chased by an eel and I saw 2 sea turtles... One of them hung around for a bit and I floated alongside him for a good 5 minutes. He was soooo adorable and not afraid at us snorkelers at all. One of the most amazing things I've ever experienced. Caught the sun as it was going down on the western most beach in the US, the last place the sun sets in the states. Pretty incredible... Soon I'll be back home, and back more on the boards. Seems like the Olympia excitement is building and there's plenty I missed this past week here on the board. Now I'm off to the massive article sneaker posted...

Everyone is on vacation and I'm jealous.

Hope you enjoyed your polynesian paradise Mia and Jim! Connor must have loved getting up close and personal with all the sea creatures. I was amazed by his knowledge when you guys took to me the beach in Laguna, and only can imagine how exciting it must have been out there for him (and you guys too! :P).

Pooter, I salute you and wish you the best of time over in London and the rest of your Euro trip. I'm feel so incomplete knowing I'm not going... :(

Prochem, what you go fishing for, Trout? I'm an amateur angler myself and usually fish for Bass. Typically catch and release for me, I'm not a big fish eater.

As for how I've been doing, I've been ok. I've watched a lot of Olympics the past two weeks, and really, really have gotten into it. I mentioned before I think it would be cool to go work for the olympics in 2012, but now I'm even starting to think maybe I might go ahead and check out the winter olympics in Vancouver in 2010 either as a spectator or volunteer. Plus, I know some people that live in Vancouver (met through Coachella) so its something I can really consider.
