I'm sure things will pick up towards the end of the month when they hit the aussie contient and area. It'll be interesting to see if they do any more changes to the show like when they started playing nude night (I still lay claim on calling it 6 months previous).

dude it's february, where have you been?
and if you want something to rouse your loins go read some Horace if you haven't before. Ideally in the original Latin. it will definitely send chills down your spine. Some translations nail it but really English doesn't work for this kind of poetry (same thing for somebody like Ovid or Vergil etc -- most of the more complex Roman poets). their words are music or they are life manifest.
we should liven up these boards with words. somebody tell a story, because I can't.

I must admit there's a lot of people I miss on here - anType, c-row, chem'd up, Selfexcel and less posts from Jeanie, mips, sneakerbeater and a few others.
As someone else said this forum is far from user friendly, I don't even know how to post links or images on here!! Other than that its alright.

yeah yeah yeah. We all know this place has its negative points, the list is a mile long and the threads with all us (me included) moaning about it are countless. ;) But. Positive points about this forum:
No more spam. That alone makes the improvement 99.99%
Edit button. At least it's something we got that we've asked about for years.
To me the most important of all in the 'living history' of our little corner of the universe. All the content from over the years has been saved (with the exception of anTypes old posts which was a terrible, terrible shame that occurred on the old board).
And in general, this website - www.thechemicalbrothers.com - is an overall improvement.

there is also a lack of Darkstar as well. I remember hanging around this forum at around 1-4 AM (central time) and that Canuck would drop posts like no tomorrow (particularly in Buzzed Posting).
And speaking of Sneakerbeater, wasn't he working on some DVD project? I wonder what happened to that....

come from a relative n00b on the boards, I will say that I enjoy it. Granted since the new album has come out, there hasn't been a lot going on here.. i guess it just the equilibrium of having WAY too many posts at one time... then going back to the regular amount.
but that is just me.
