As ever, top form from the boys. I dont remember too much apart from:

Playing Free Nelson Mandela
Then C.H.E.M.I.C.A.L

There was a couple of tracks that had to be newies, one with a machine gun drum that was magnificent.

I didnt hear too many old tracks so i can only assume there was a fair amount of new stuff.

Saturate was immense but the tune they played after it was hard as nails

I really dont remember anything past 3am though. they played till about 3:30

It was really good atmosphere and very busy

I 'kin love the drums in Machine Gun! It attacks my ear drums offensively but it's good to be offended now and again.

having thought about it more, not sure if machine gun drum is a good description of that track. it was just a really intense percussive track.

as i said i can only remember a few old tracks being played so i am hoping they were testing a few things out

things were a little hazy to say the least

i just been thru the thread with list of potential tracks for next album. I think eargasmic may have been involved also last night.

Someone has uploaded some vids from the gig: at 5:36 they drop it doesn't matter after this nice deep house track.

3:30 in Swoon gets dropped after this funky house number at the start. (haven't bothered to shazam these yet if they come up or not)
Come out from the cold and into the setting sun. It's where it all began for me (not in Afrika), like it was out of control. Then after that life was sweet. So dream on into the pioneer skies of the fourteenth century and rise from the sunshine underground.

Through Me on this one going into 'perculator':

Sound quality a little rough on this one but still worth a listen, more insight into 'C.H.E.M.I.C.A.L' track (almost in full it seems) love it, fucked up distorted synth riffs with vocals on stutter repeat get me every time with some nice percussion:

More from the user of the first videos I posted, think I was the first viewer if the count was anything to go by on this one ha. This is quite deep and percussive in parts going into a snippet of don't think baseline:

Pretty sure that track has been made by the chems but I can't picture it on a new album.

I think the recordings are too distorted for Shazam. The funky number you refer to is late 80's house 'classic' Lack Of Love by Charles B. One of those tracks that's been re-released, sampled, and bootlegged a fair few times (not to mention featured on at least three Hacienda retrospective mix CD's - thanks Peter Hook!). Personally I'm not that big a fan of the track. Just sayin...

Of course! Thanks. It is a revamped version they played which I do like better than the original. Was a nice touch into Swoon.

I so would've been there, just bad timing on my trip to london. Seems like you guys party harder in the cold to keep warm.

New track ?
i can't say why but I think. maybe the drum rolls (+phaser) at the end of the track, or the way Tom & Ed are enjoying the moment...
I'm not into the voice, but it could be a good club single

Not totally sold on that one, not enough Chemical signatures. It does have a mild Do It Again kind of style to it, not in the commercial way. I can't find an ID on it from the lyrics. Sounds like Trent Reznor singing?
