The only good show on network television is LOST, but unless you got time to go back, watch the entire first series on DVD, then download all of season 2's episodes, the show will make no sense whatsoever.

The only good show on TV is Twin Peaks and that's because I bought a good quality DVD bootleg of the entire series. Anything less is uncivilized.

I watch more Comedy Central's been a life saver these past few years when everyone could use a good laugh. I love the Daily Show, and the Colbert Report (if I can manage to stay up that late) is really tongue in cheek. Love it.

South Park is a given.

I miss That's My Bush. That was a funny show that unfortunately didn't do too well.

I love juvenile humor that makes me a bit uncomfortable, like an I'm-going-to-hell-for-laughing-at-this uncomfortable. South Park offends eveyone equally!

In France, TF1 make a "Top 100 of ***Insert type of image (bail, funny image, impressive image, etc) here***" when they have nothing to show. Tonight it was top 100 of the best Real TV images. And there was an image from the dutch Big Brother, with a man getting on his shoes, but then he slip in one of his shoes and fall with his cup of milk on the floor X-D it's hard to explain but i laughed for at least 5 minutes. Jeanie and Joslyn, have you ever seen that image ?

And we're grateful to have shared it with you, and even more grateful that you were practically in a laugh coma for most of that ecstasy episode!

That one was probably one of the funniest things I've ever seen on television.

I just watched Stanley Kubrick's "2001: A Space Odyssey" for the first time.................................................................... 8O

um......I think i've found my favorite movie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

fucking unbelievable!!!!!!!!, music was spot on, visuals were amazing!!!!! (and it was filmed in the 60's!) and WOW! was it fucking weird!!!!!!

now all i got to do now is watch "clockwork orange" for the first time, which i will save for tommorow night ;-)

Stanley Kubrick is without a doubt, my favorite director, and i was already sold on that before seeing "2001: A Space Odyssey" for the first time. 8O 8O 8O

Stanley Kubrick was a great director (except I really did not like Eyes Wide Shut).

A Clockwork Orange is a good flick, very disturbing, very uncomfortable and uneasy to watch. I haven't seen it in years. I think the first time I saw it was when I was flipping through the cable channels when I was 12 or 13 and it really freaked me out - not exactly viewing material for kiddies, and it sort of fucked up my mind for a while. Obviously wasn't til later on when I watched it through older eyes that I could appreciate it for what it was.

Bosco you should have a Kubrick Fest - next up, the Shining, the Dr. Strangelove and one of the best films, Full Metal Jacket!

So many Kubrick films, so little time - once you see them and get familiar you can easily spot the pop culture Kubrick references in so many films and animated shows.

I've already seen the shining, full metal jacket, eyes wide shut and now 2001. Each are all super excellent movies in my opinion.

I would bet "Eyes Wide Shut" would have been alot better without Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman .

Tom Cruise was only good in one film and that was "risky buisness"

Nicole Kidman didnt do anything wrong acting wise, but perhaps her "sexuality" was way too overwhelming. Therefore causing women who watched the movie, not to like it (being jealous) and or finding it trashy.

I really like Eyes Wide Shut.

I think Tom Cruise is perfectly cast as a man who is extremely self-confident bordering on arrogant, short, and forced into a journey exploring his own sexuality by the fact that his wife is eminently hotter than he is. A very perfect role for Cruise. :D

*shrug* I know a lot of people who don't like this film, but I really do enjoy it quite a bit. Not entirely sure why, but I do. I need to finish out the Kubrick collection and watch Lolita, Barry Lyndon, Dr. Strangelove, and the second half of Clockwork Orange.

Same here. Major storm warning in effect, despite the fact that it was nice enough for me not to zip up my jacket today: only -8 C or so! :)

Oh well, down to -40 again. Here we go!
