I personally think if a player is off the pitch he can't be considered to be part of the game..... Every team has leaders. Portugal would probably get fucked without Ronaldo, Holland without Van der sar, etc... And I think Vieira is indispensable to the team. He was during the World cup, and we wouldn't have made it to the final without him.

On of our strongest points is deffo van der Sar, but with only one real shot at the goal in the match against Italy, it wouldn't have mattered much who was the goal keeper.

Holland just kept on attacking and with that i think van Bronckhorst suprised me the most.

Henry not as bad as Anelka who's pretty much just strolled round the field for 1 and a half matches! Yeah another good performance from Holland, France did have a good spell towards half time and just after but Holland went and tore up the script once again by going up the field and scoring the second. Henry got one back but the men in orange were having none of it and scored a 3rd a minute later.

I was impressed by Romania against Italy so tbh I'd rather seem them go through as I think they've done well in a difficult group where they were expected to finish last! Love their supporters who sing all through the game and finally cos its always funny to see the Frogs go out :-P.

We have to play Romania tomorrow - I don't know how the Romanian team is now, but from what i know in the past they can play quite aggresive ( and i dont mean that in a good way ). I hope it will be a fair and friendly match, like Holland - France. I mean we 0wened France big time BUT, France did play very well and they stayed friendly until the end.
