hey all,
apologies but im gonna SPAM u up with some nu tunes, hope u dont mind ;) :)
2 new ones on my site - www.musicv2.com/artist/mippio
whats worse than waiting - a bit different to my usual stuff, a bit more electronica'y - played it at a party on sunday afternoon, and everyone seemed to like it.
tranquility (mippios not enough hours in the day mix) - a remix i did for some friends at college, soon to be featured on the cover disc of Future Music Magazine, along with a 4 page article on my studio set up (nice 8) ) i havent mixed this properly yet so any advice in that area always welcome.
its all quite chilled, so i hope your not expecting any chemical beats ;) :)
cheers

hey ebw
yes mate i did, they are doing the changing rooms feature on me and i get a track on the CD. it's gonna be in issue 153 if your interested, in fact i just got the feedback from trev curwen today, so its all steam ahead!! :)
cheers for the listen, yeah all of the beats were taken from drum loops and then sliced up in cubase sx and moulded to fit - i also added individual drum samples in there as well to help beef them up.
thanks again 8) :)

ha ha, i know, i havent bought future music for ages, but i still managed to wangle my way into it, im such a blagger, he he.
still, its all good promotion!!
the photographer came and took some piccies the other week, so you'll probably see mippio looking moody on worthing pier - possibly with a stick of rock.

A man after my own heart. I love the piano!
This song, tranquility, is really quite lovely, fastastic actually, and it's put together so well. Very soundtrack-y, good for a drive home at night on an empty road.
Congrats on your success here - it sounds like you've earned it!

who da man!!!
big respect to you fella for the 4 page spread in FM!! will be purchasing that when it comes out (let the forum know when the mag hits WH Smiths!!). your artical will beat my tiny collum inches i have had in IDJ!!
your production is sound sweet over here. although chilled stuff is not my cuppa tea (unless it is sunday), i can still fully apreciate the depth of your production skills.
