It would be my pleasure. BUT, its the holidays. I don't want to ruin anyone's chemical high by being negative now. Only about half of the recent tracks sound promising, the other half are like the tracks "superflash" or "EBW 9" Yeah its good but not good enough, you won't see anyone talking about it years from now.XTC remix and Through me are legit tracks with street cred tho.
Its fans like WhiteNoise who get excited over the simplest of melodies. Even if a Chems track is nothing but a single "beep", WhiteNoise would love it and buy that single and all its copies in the town.

Yeah. Seems like it was recorded squarely from the mixing desk. That's probably why our fucking media authorities have been blocking this. Those sleazy jerks...

Soulwax are alway entertaining and have impressed me ever since I stumbled across them by their sheer variety of styles and ability to mix so many different types of genres in unique way. It's always energetic and never boring because you feel their almost unconstrained love for music and music genres that is embodied in their varied dj sets.
Besides, they also managed to create an own trademark sound with their own songs and remixes that one would almost always immediately recognize as one of theirs. I admire that.
I'd love to see them live one day.

That would be nice alright.
Thanks for the post Explud. That sound quality is indeed fantastic.
I'm lucky enough to have seen these guys perform Night Versions live several times, dj without album/single cover visuals and dj with album/single cover visuals (oh, and took a swig from their Whisky bottle -very generous), but I probably haven't really paid attention to their dj-ing from a stage viewpoint before watching this vid. I understand that they used DVD's to DJ (VJ) with the album covers, but it seems that they use USB sticks rather than CD's in their Pioneer CDJ machines when just dj-ing music.
Does anyone use CD's anymore? Just wondering.

Cool beans. I'm curious how it's gonna turn out: Erol or Tom?
