yo, i was in at the office for my local street press today and i was so excited to see they had just recieved a press release for the Chems WATN Australian Tour dates.

only two have been announced, one at Sydney entertainment centre, and one in melbourne, but i forgot where, i'm sure the full details will be confirmed soon.

i think the sydney date was something like 27th of March.

fuck man, i am so excited now, although march is a very long long way away. hopefully there will be more dates added, and it will be interesting to see if they sell the entertainment centre out seeing as last tour it was only the horden. reguardless, i'll be at every australian show and they will all be spectacular.

   Their March tour of Australia coincides roughly with the dates of the Future Music Festival and is presented by Future Entertainment, so with only two shows announced so far one has to wonder; will the Chems be headlining the 2008 FMF tour? i just saw them a couple of weeks ago at Fuji Rock in Japan and i swore that if they came to Australia I would do ANYTHING to see them. After seeing them at the Big Day Out in 2005 they became my favourite act of all time and woah i am hell excited. And it's my birthday on the 24th - WHAT A FREAKING AWESOME PRESENT

Vodafone area is a tennis centre and I haven't actually been there before but it looks awesome.

Future music festival is a dance festival around Autumn and from what I hear it was pretty awesome this year. However it isn't nearly as big as say big day out so I donno if they will headline.

Damn now I have to decided if I want to go to the Sydney show or not and if anyone will want to come with me. My boy had a job offer up there so I'm not sure where I'll be at that time....

its wierd to think i will have moved to melbourne by then, so im a fly up to brisbane, see them at future music fest, then down to syd, see then at future music fest, and then at the Syd ent, then back to melbourne for Future music fest and vodaphone arena.

and then we will see how much money i have left... i mean, i have never been to adelaide nor perth... i tihnk next year will be the best time for it.

I really want to go to both shows! Have to look at my financial situation first. Ahh and stupid ticketeck has no info on this show at all. I wanted to see if they had ticket prices already up but nothing. Ticketmaster has their act together for the damn Sydney show but no price as of yet.

FMF makes sense. Many of us Brisbane mofos are flying to Sydney to catch the show there, though the Horden would have been better im told. Id fly to the Melbourne one too but i've got to worry about flying my own band to gigs there, i dont think "sorry i blew all the cash and freq flyer points on chemical brothers" is much of an excuse.

I am from & live in Dublin & had tickets to see them in Tilburg and Roockness, I fell out with my mate and we didn't go - I was sooooo p*ssed off...

Im travelling the world on my own in 2 wks time and will be in Sydney to see them......ohhhh myyyy goooddddddddddd......
