while i think this is a fantastic deal for the american market, i wont be trying to acquire the us itunes pass. if the video/film had have been of a higher quality i would have bought it. the euro disc will have the best quality video so i will stick with that. if itunes or any other download service wants to sell a hi def copy it would be very enticing!

I bought the Further itunespass. One reason, just for the experience, never downloaded from itunes before and this is a nice way of getting familair with downloading from itunes and downloading from itunes US while living in Holland and an itunes LP, complete package, with updates in following weeks.
But the best reason is the package deal for a great price with all the extra's. Just downloaded the film. But it's 1 AM so I will watch it tomorrow. And will experience Further extra's in the future weeks.

I want to make one note. The iTunes pass works in Canada as well. So it must be a North American exclusive. I wonder about Mexico?

Dude, seriously, enough of your bitching lately. Should I start saying it's discrimination that the Chemical Brothers didn't do their showcase of 'Further' here in the states? I know it's upsetting and unfortunate for people outside of U.S. because you're unable to purchase this download from iTunes. But get a grip. In time, I'm sure everyone will get what their chance to own every track that was included in this iTunes Pass.

And if you insist that you're just too impatient, then I suggest you start looking into how Sunchild/Josyln acquired it.

And finally, yes, you have to pay on the internet. Excuse my ignorance, but why does this seem to be an issue with many of you lately?

I can't pay on the internet because I have no credit card. And I can't have one because I'm not 18 yet. So I can only buy music with change, which is fine, as long as I can find what I need in a store. But I can't always find a physical edition, and that sucks ass.

The problem is that the only way for me to acquire this material is to download it "illegally". Just because the music firms don't want to provide the same thing to everyone.
Honestly, they wouldn't lose anything if they sold this pass everywhere. And that would be even better if they made a physical edition of it.

why not ask for adult supervision in the process of buying an itunes giftcard? after all, they would be responsible for any legal trouble you'd get into for downloading the album anyways.

But this part interests me ! I didn't know about those prepaid cards (I thought it existed only for phone cards), I'll look forward to it.

Btw, I still prefer to go to a store and buy a copy of the album (maybe unlike you, I don't know) cause that's just...the way it is, I prefer CDs and vinyls. That's the reason why I'm always angry when there are "digital bonus only".

There are many ways op paying on the internet without a creditcard. Here we have Paypal, Ideal, Wallie. There must be a pay method which suits you in the US.

I will be getting the cd and vinyl aswell as this iTunes pass. The package of this Further iTunesLP convinced me of trying the modern way of buying digital music. But I still don't think it's a good idea to make this package an US only thing. Making it US exclusive doesn't help stopping illegal download. But it propably has to do with other contries iTunes aren't as evolved as US iTunes is (I think).
I'm excited at what updates the Further pass will give me over the next weeks.

Oh and I've watched the Further Visual Experience. I think it's great, not the masterpiece I expected. I think the film lacks fluidity. I will leave my thought in the proper Further review topic.

The horse... is a horse. I don't think it has anything to do with the 'story' of Further, it's just a cool visual (like the K+D+B video). I totally agree by the way, Further Girl is hawt.
