Lol, Iggy, true
Reason I asked is that i'm interested in how will your GC preform under Crysis 3, it really is PC killer, my gtx 590 is having a hard time on ultra, around 30 fps in most cases (and i payed disgusting amount of money for it, reading your specs it seems to me that i jump the gun buying that nvidia). Did you run any benchmark on it?
Just buy it to jack off to the graphics what you see
Tomb Raider?

I'd run FurMark, but only to control the temperature. I played Bioshock Infinite with everything on maximum (1920x1200) and it runs smoothly - don't know it it helps you with Crysis.
I am so broke I had to buy the lowest grade "value" sausages for dinner. My mate took pity on me and bought me Blood Dragon as an early birthday present
When you're sitting in dog shit that a woman made you sit in without your trousers on, it's nice to know that friends can always wipe your bottom clean for you with a wet wipe.
Finaly downloaded Blood Dragon, installed it, played it like 5 minutes, deleted it. What a total waste of time...
"If you press 'right mouse button' you'll jump" - yes, i know that, that are my settings
"You're hurt, please press 'Q' to heal yourself" - i'll take first aid when choose to do it, not before
"No, you can't walk right or into the sea - that is the wrong direction and if you do so mission will fail" - fuck you bitch
What the crap? What do those programmers think i am we are?
Um... I don't think you quite got the sense of humour.
I know that these things should be funny and mostly been there for this (like the part where you have to climb up the wall and 20 of those 'popups' appear with hints what you can do and the last hint or question was 'do you hate tutorials?'), but it sucks anyway. If i want to play funny games i'll do this with some old lucasarts, duke 3d or evil genius.
Mortal Kombat PC Officially Announced, Hits Digital Stores This July
And it is official everyone. Warner Bros today announced Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition for PC. Windows PC players can now face-off with Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition, named the Fighting Game of the Year by Spike TV at the 2011 Video Game Awards.
Players enter the realm to face the Kombatants in Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition for PC, delivering all of the downloadable content (DLC), including intrepid warriors Skarlet, Kenshi and Rain, as well as the notorious dream stalker Freddy Krueger. Additionally, the game offers 15 Klassic Mortal Kombat Skins and three Klassic Fatalities (Scorpion, Sub-Zero and Reptile).
Originally developed by NetherRealm Studios, led by Mortal Kombat co-creator and creative director Ed Boon and adapted for PC by High Voltage Software, the game will be available for digital distribution on 3rd July, while the physical edition will release on 2nd August for Windows PC.
Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition for PC features dynamic gameplay including Tag Team, Challenge Tower and a full feature length story mode.
Players choose from an extensive lineup of the game’s iconic warriors and challenge their friends in traditional 1 vs. 1 matches, or gamers can spectate battles and interact directly with Kombatants online during the King of the Hill mode. The game supports the Mortal Kombat Tournament Edition Fight Stick and delivers full controller capability. Players will also be able to access achievements and leaderboard stats.
I'm liking how the PS4 looks loads more than the Xbox One. From what I hear, PS4 is geared towards serious gaming, and I really like the sound of that, I hope thay deliver on their promise. The hardware specs that I've seen look promising. I really can't find anything wrong with it, except for the usual backward compatibility issues. Really looking forward to seeing what this console can do.
The Xbox One, on the other hand, looks terrible. They're calling it the one thing you need for your entertainment needs, but didn't the PS3 kind of do that already? The fact that you always have to be connected to the internet, even for offline games, is BS. Just look at the fiasco SimCity started. Along with that, the always-on Kinect camera/mic scares me. There's Digital Rights Management technology patented that can count how many people are watching something and potentially block the content if there's too many people in the room. The Kinect is so powerful it can record your facial expressions, finger movements, even your heart rate. I'm not a paranoid person but I honestly don't trust that this data would be used in any beneficial way. Besides, only 5% of the games coming out for it use the Kinect anyway.
PS4 seems like a robust system that works for the user, a good grounded classic console.
Xbox One seems to be some awful controlling spy robot that cares way more about restricting piracy than providing a good gaming experience. I wouldn't touch the Xbox One with a 90 foot pole.
And... the Wii U. They need to add the ability to play DS and 3DS games on the Wii U. I'd buy one if they added that.
In the end though, it really only matters what the games are. Any good new games coming out for the new consoles?
White wrote a fair review of both consoles, in a nutshell. I'm quite with you on XBox, i'll be interestin to see how MS fares with this new software policy (seems like you're only renting game, not own it). Kinetic is great piece of technology tbh.
Being owner of all of PS consoles, this one i'm not going to buy at release. There is simply no bait for me this time (last time Uncharted 3 and FF13 sold PS3 to me).
But many amazing games are coming out in next year or so, did you guys see Tom Clancy's The Division? Battlefield 4? Or new Metal gear? Was expecting more from Assassins's Creed, but it seems it's slowly dying away. Didn't see Sony conference yet (was at 2AM tonight here) but from what i've heard, they announced FFversus as FF15 with trailer they showed in 2007. Amazing Japanese production time FTW
I'm ready to ditch the Microsoft brand. But if that means missing out on future Valve releases (Half Life 3??? Portal 3??? Left 4 Dead 3???), I'm going to have a difficult time.
And before someone makes the obligatory PC comment... I strictly game on consoles.

Oh yeah, Half Life 3. The rumors restarted after this twitter exchange took place:
as usual, neither confirms or denies HL3, but hey, it's still something.
I'm reeeeeally excited about the new Battlefront. It's been in development hell for ages, I hope Dice does it justice. Free Radical had been working on it for 2 years before they went bankrupt, they came up with ground battle/space battle transition systems and some weird story elements involving an evil Obi-Wan Kenobi. There's lots of leaked footage of this abandoned Alpha version:
(3:35 for Ewok nut shot)
The upcoming Battlefront uses Dice's Frostbite 3 engine, so I don't think any of the Free Radical technology would be preserved in Dice's version, but I really hope the some of the same gameplay dynamics will be present in the new game, especially the ground to space stuff.
I haven't done any real gaming for a few years now. But I have been following the Oculus Rift since it's inception, already have a dev kit. And it is really good. I think this will finally be the real introduction of VR into our homes. Some of the demo's I have tried with the Rift and the Razer Hydra together are excellent.
The Oculus Rift looks pretty great; I too have been following it all along but I haven't the kit. Have you enough of a programming background to really fiddle with it, or are the demos so well prepared that you can run them easily?
Sony's PS4 announcement last night was pretty absurdly evil to Microsoft, haha. Just wow.
He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.
