I, being the incredible drug fiend that I am, cannot help but wonder if it's not related, at least in part, to the decriminalization of psylocybin mushrooms in Great Britain.

I wonder if Tom & Ed could tell us, exactly how many caps did they eat while working on this fine, fine album?

Well it's obvious they have aural hallicinations - what you're hearing is what they heard in their heads first. Weird... But I think at this point it happens at will.

I can't really believe they just imagine it all, then record it.... it's just too damn good.... frankly, I'd find it easier to belive if you told me that they're receiving transmissions from a vast, sympathetic, intergalatic intelligence bent on improving the quality of life for the poor humans.

YOU CAN"T POSSIBLE BE THAT GOOD TOM AND ED! I KNOW IT"S THE ALIENS!!!!!

Well for a time I have believed that infact they are not of this world. I don't know what they are, or where they came from, but what I do want to know is...what the ladies like out there?:D

I would think it comes from doing their homework. going out to hear other artists and experincing those moments that really inspire them. it might be while they are on mushrooms....who know, but i would still think that they draw from those "special" moments. ...go back to the studio and try to recreate that feeling with their own art.

Which may in itself be based on the legend that Anne Boleyn, Henry VIII's second wife, had three breasts. Lucky Henry, eh?

After seeing them live on Sunday, and now hearing Push The Button in full, I can honestly say that I don't think these guys are human. They are superhuman.

I'm glad they're getting political because their music is powerful enough to really get a message across. These guys are the ones that can (and probably will) influence political change in the world through their music.

This thread's funny!! Tom and Ed, aliens... hehe.

Superhuman, maybe. I've seen them live, they exude superhuman qualities by subjecting us to their musical superpowers.

after listening to this album a good few times I'm gonna pipe up with my fave tracks so far..............

numero uno has to be believe........... its such a stonking tune its untrue........ (ranks high as one of my all time fave chem tunes)

second fave is come inside (for no other reason than it fkin rocks)

then close your eyes (reminds me a lot of a song by japan called ghosts)

then marvo Ging (very cool tune with something for everybody........... my old boy said it sounds like the beatles , i was like yeah dad whatever:)

the rest i'm undecided on, but left right is and always will be last..... (if anything spoils the album then its this track)

the album isn't my fave by far (exit planet dust will always hold that spot i recon) don't get me wrong its a good album but for me its just lacking something that would have made it a GREAT album.....

will be interesting to hear the remixes of some of these tracks that will appear on the inevitable ep's
