i saw that once, it wasn't funny. but then again i think the whole series was weak

no...no make fun of tom and ed :( * is sad now *

It's not really taking the piss out of them. It's using their image, and the stars of the show just act like idiots basically and create their own character. It is a piss poor show, but the guys who star in it went on to make "little Britain" so a good thing came out of it :)
